Wunderbares Hotel für einen schönen Wanderurlaub.
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Der Pool, der Spa und das Gym haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel hat zwei Tennisplätze. Das Personal ist wirklich toll und die Küche hat ein Extralob verdient.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr groß und weitläufig. Bei geringer Auslastung wirkt es leer und verlassen.
Kritikpunkt, den wir auch offen angesprochen haben, ist das WLAN. In den Zimmern ist so gut wie kein Empfang.
Ansonsten gibt es an dem Hotel wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Ich und meine Kinder wurden vom Kellner grob angewiesen und geschubst als ich mich unwissentlich auf einen falschen Tisch setzen wollte. Ich habe mich darüber bei seiner Vorgesetzten emotional beschwert, was dazu geführt hat, das ich und meine beiden Kinder trotz der bereits bezahlten Rechnung sofort des Hauses verwiesen wurden. Ansonsten wurde mir vorgehalten, dass ich wohl Deutsch nicht verstehen würde.
Sehr merkwürdig, wenn man in Deutschland Abitur gemacht hat, promoviert und habilitiert.

Moc příjmný starší hotel. Ale čistý a personál ochotný. Velké parkoviště u hotelu.
Pros:

Personál se moc snažil. Ochotný. Hned naproti golfovému hřišti, jen přes mostek přes řeku.

Není co vytknout.

Comfortabel, maar gezien de ligging en de aard v.h. hotel, zouden we anders kiezen, de volgende keer
Pros:

De kamer was prima. De faciliteiten zagen er prima uit, hoewel we ze niet gebruikt hebben. De Barbediende was heel gastvrij (overdreven zelfs in het aanprijzen van de keuken (we zochten een restaurant voor de avond). Zie onze bevindingen over het restaurant hieronder.

Cons:

Eerste avond het buffet geboekt. Je merkt dat het hotel een groepen of package-hotel is geworden. Dit komt de kwaliteit niet ten goede (eten). Het pension buffet is summier, en niet voor á la carte gasten geschikt. Het personeel verontschuldigde zich zelfs (spontaan, ongevraagd) en verklaarde de ouderwetse kwaliteit gewend te zijn. Het ontbijt was beter, maar we hebben beter gehad. De ochtendreceptie was super. Gastvrij en behulpzaam. De middag-, avond receptie vonden wij niet behulpzaam.

Pros:

Personál byl velice milý a ochotný. Jídlo bylo výborné a pochvala šéfkuchaři, který si opravdu vyhrál s předkrmem či dezertem a krásně je nazdobil. Pokoj byl prostorný a každý den perfektně čistě uklizený. Velký bazén, sauna a lehátka i venku v zahradě bylo krásné zázemí na odpočinek. Hotel není ve městě, ale je v klidné části, takže opravdu byl všude klid. V okolí je krásná příroda a možnost výletů. Moc se nám vše líbilo.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, der Wellnessbereich perfekt und das Essen war sehr gut und große Auswahl.
Radel Abstellplatz und auflade Möglichkeit war vorhanden. Wir würden wieder kommen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.
