Perfekt läge och gångavstånd till majoriteten av aktiviteter. Barnvänligt och trevlig & hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Städningen var inte helt bra, framförallt så var det dammigt under sängarna och på en del andra ställen i lgh.

When I arrived, the room was very dirty. There were spider webs throughout the apartment, and every corner was dusty and unclean.

The staff member responsible was not helpful and seemed not to care about the situation. At first, she only offered to clean the room the next day. Only after I expressed how upset I was and filed a complaint did she offer to move me to another room.

Although the second room was cleaner than the first, it was still not properly cleaned, and the apartment was infested with ants.

This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. The level of cleaning was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

موقع السكن جميل وإطلالات لا باس بها على الجبال و جزء من سنتر كابرون يوفر بطاقة كابرون و زيلامسي الصيفية المواقف المجانية متوفره حول الفندق قريب من زحليقه كابرون مشي على الاقدام متوفره بالقرب اكثر من سوبر ماركت و محلات و مطاعم

يتوفر بها احتياجات المطبخ للعوائل الراغبة في الطبخ
موقع الفندق جدا ممتاز قريب جدا من سنتر كابرون وبحانبه سوبر ماركت وفي نفس المبنى مطعم علي بابا المشهور في زيلامسي وكابرون
الفندق قريب من مركز الصعود لتلفريك قمة كابرون من جهة المدينة لان قمة كابرون تقدر تروحها من جهتين هاذي الجهه وجهه اخرى
قريب ايضا من فعالية الزحليقة الصيفية في كابرون مسي دقيقتين
الفندق يكون فيه موظف الاستقبال من الصباح حتى يتم استقبال تسجيل الوصول لجميع الحاجزين تقريبا الساعة 5 مساءا وبعدها يكون الاستقبال فاضي وما تقدر تدخل إلا بالبطاقة وهاذي أشوفها نقطة ايجابية في فنادق self check in
لم تاخذ الموظفة اي وديعة بخلاف ماهو مذكور في التعليقات قبل أوصل

ملاحظة / يوجد حجز مع افطار ولكن حجزي كان بدون افطار
عشان الصورة تكون واضحة للجميع

النقطة الاهم جدا والي فادتني كثير وخففت علي المصاريف
ان الفندق يوفر بطاقة كابرون وزيلامسي الصيفية لكل نزيل في ايام الاقامة لديهم فقط ( يعني تستخدم البطاقة في ايام إقامتك في الفندق فقط )
طلعت فيها قمة كابرون وركبت فيها سفينة بحيرة زيلامسي مجانا

هاذا تعليقتي بكل امانة وحيادية ليستفيد منه من كانوا يبحثون مثلي وتكون التعليقات لهم مرجع

غسالة الملابس في الدور الأرضي ( -1 ) وتدفع 3 يورو عملات تحطها في الغسالة وتبدا تشتغل معاك لمدة 3 ساعات
الغسالة لحالها والتجفيف لحاله
