Pros:

La camera era molto ampia e luminosa. La colazione offriva una buona varietà di prodotti, anche se arrivando verso la fine dell’orario si rischia di trovare una scelta limitata. La posizione è tranquilla e abbastanza centrale.

Cons:

Il personale è apparso poco attento. Al nostro arrivo mancavano gli asciugamani in camera; fortunatamente il problema è stato risolto rapidamente dopo la segnalazione alla reception .
Considerato l’orario ridotto di apertura serale della reception, sarebbe stato un inconveniente maggiore se ce ne fossimo accorti più tardi.

Наш улюблений готель у Граці
Pros:

В цьому готелі просто неймовірно зручне ліжко, матрас та постільна білизна. Я так добре не висипався вже місяцями, тому ті для кого важлива якість сну - рекомендую.

Також цей готель є дуже дружнім до тваринок і не бере кошти за їх розміщення, що дуже мило і приємно. На додачу в кількох хвилинах ходьби є чудовий парк, де можна вигуляти пса.

Працівники чудові і дуже приємні, напор води в душі хороший, в номері тихо і просторо. По суті готель знаходиться в центрі і можна швидко і приємно дійти до всіх визначних місць.

Є дуже хороший кондиціонер, а також підземний паркінг (але машину можна кинути і на вулиці на громадських паркомісцях) - обидва ці нюанси були дуже важливі для нас, адже ми були в Граці під час heatwave.

Ми зупиняємось тут вже вдруге і рекомендуємо цей готель всім мандрівникам, особливо тим що мандрують з тваринками чи чутливі до якості сну.

Würde wieder buchen
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und Frühstück war für mich top. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 min bis in Zentrum (Hauptplatz) von Graz und 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und sauber.
Da ich noch nach dem aus checken vom Hotel einen ganzen Tag in Graz war, durfte ich ohne Probleme meinen Koffer bei der Rezeption lassen und ihn später abholen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist meiner Meinung nach eine Fehlplanung. Türe geht nach innen auf, man muss die Türe immer schließen, wenn man sich in den Spiegel sehen will. Da ein Kosmetikspiegel genau auf dieser Stelle klebt, wo man sich mit offener Türe betrachten könnte. Das war aber schon das einzige, was mich gestört hat.

Extra freundliches Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch die besonders nette Frau, welche für das sehr gute Frühstück und die gute Laune dabei verantwortlich war.
