Managementfehler vermießen fast den Urlaub

Das Abendessen war hervorragend, die Sauberkeit Ok,der Rest ist eher durchschnittlich bzw. peinlich.

Cons:

25‘ vor Ende des Abendessen im Restaurant eingetroffen und man wird auf die Seite gestellt und hört die lautstarke Meldung vom Küchenchef, was sich der Gast einbildet erst jetzt zu erscheinen, nach Diskussion doch noch ein Essen bekommen. Der Radstall riecht nach einem Schweinestall und das Personal in der Rezeption hat von Freundlichkeit auch nicht viel gehört. Scheinbar gibt es hier auch keinen Manager:in die sich um die Abläufe im Hotel kümmert- schade!!! Das Hotel ansonsten ist sehr sauber, aber schon in die Jahr gekommen.

Eigendlich hat alles gepasst ausser ein paar kleinigkeiten die nicht schlimm sind 😊 frühstück war sehr gut die auswahl ist zwar nicht groß aber man hat alles dabei was man braucht um gut frühstücken zu können 😊

Cons:

Die dame an der rezeption beim einchecken hat uns ein bisschen abgeschusselt. Das war alles so schnell schnell… das wasser vom pool könnte wärmer sein das war uns zu kalt.

Due Lage ust traumhaft, mitten im Zentrum. Auch der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön.

Wir hatten im Vorfeld nach glutenfreier Kost gefragt die uns auch zugesagt wurde. Am ersten Tag alles perfekt, nachmittags wurde uns angeboten ein glutenfreies Gebäck zu bekommen, am Abend schon extra hergerichtet, wir wurden auch gleich gefragt wieviel zum Frühstück- da waren wir echt positiv überrascht. Am zweiten Tag hatten wir nachmittags um glutenfreies Gebäck gebeten und uns wurde nur gesagt leider nicht möglich da die Küche nicht besetzt ist. Am Abend wurde normales Gebäck hergerichtet und erst nach nachfragen erhielten wir dann das richtige. Am nächsten Morgen fragten wir wieder nach glutenfreiem Gebäck da wurde uns eine Semmel angeboten da es nicht mehr an Gebäck mehr gibt, das hat uns schon ziemlich verärgert da man ja nicht so wenig bezahlt und mit einer Semmel zum Frühstück wird man nicht satt und schon gar nicht als Mann.
Wir hätten ja unser eigenes Gebäck mitgenommen aber uns wurde gesagt nicht notwendig es wird glutenfrei angeboten- und dann das! leider sehr enttäuschend

Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt, empfehle das Hotel weiter.
Pros:

Lage ideal, zentral trotzdem ruhig. Sehr vielfältiges Angebot, mehrere Saunen, Innen- und Außenpool sowie ein Fitnessraum.
Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Pros:

Zimmer, Ausstattung, Personal (bis auf eine Ausnahme) sehr engagiert, Lage, Essen. Es war alles sehr fein.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat nichts. Das Wasser in meinen Zimmer ist nicht ganz warm geworden, das habe ich aber nicht gemeldet, und es hat nicht gestört. Parken in der Parkgarage allerdings nichts für schwache Nerven. Ich kann das Hotel vollinhaltlich weiterempfehlen und werde wieder hier absteigen.
