Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die ausgezeichnete Lage – alles ist gut erreichbar und in der Nähe befindet sich alles, was man braucht. Auch der Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch und unkompliziert.

Ein großes Lob gilt dem Personal: alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Ein großes Problem für unsere Familie war, dass das Hotel Haustiere erlaubt. Mein Mann leidet unter einer starken Allergie, und selbst wenn zum Beispiel ein Hund vor einer Woche im Zimmer war – egal wie gründlich gereinigt wurde – bleiben dennoch Allergene zurück.

Besonders überrascht hat uns, dass ein Hund zusammen mit seinem Besitzer den Spa-Bereich betreten hat und sogar im Ruheraum lag. Das empfinden wir als nicht ganz angemessen.

Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Mitten in Bad Aussee liegt das Hotel! Also perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing, Wanderungen, um Ruhe zu genießen!
Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten: tolles Essen, Zimmer mit Balkon, großzügiger Saunabereich, kleiner Pool, freundliche Mitarbeiter... Alles sehr sauber!

Gibt es nichts!

Komfortables Hotel, das alles hat was man für 1-2 Tage braucht. Frühstück war sehr gut - alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, sauber, aber wenn das Hotel gut gebucht ist, reicht er sicher nicht aus.

Wir waren begeistert, jederzeit würden wir wieder kommen.
Pros:

Top Lage, das Personal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle.
Der Spa Bereich ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Essen.
Wirklich hervorragend und sehr abwechslungsreich.
Das Frühstück bot täglich neue Spezialitäten. Das „Kuchenbufett“ am Nachmittag umfasste neben sehr frischen Mehlspeisen auch Salate, Aufstriche und eine Suppe. Kaffee und Tee kostenfrei. Und das Abendessen war ebenfalls auf einem Top-Niveau.

würde wieder kommen
Pros:

Personal Super freundlich. Frühstück - alles was man braucht. Spa Bereich toll und super sauber. Alpensaune im 5 Stock ist der Hammer mit der Aussicht. Toll finde ich auch die Raucher Bereiche die sind an den richtigen Plätzen

Cons:

Die kaputten Vorhänge im Zimmer. Der defekte Föhn.
