Freundliches Personal und sehr schöner „Innenhof“!

Cons:

Preis-Leistung für das Einzelzimmer ist leider bedenklich. Das Zimmer war alt, mit leicht modrigem Duft (lüften hat geholfen) und das Badezimmer bräuchte für den Preis unbedingt ein Update (Löcher in Wand, schlecht funktionierende Armaturen). Leider war es auch nicht ganz sauber. Für eine Nacht auszuhalten, Preis dafür aber viel zu hoch.

Good location, but disappointing handling of room issues.

The hotel’s central location is, unfortunately, the only genuinely positive aspect of this property.

Cons:

I travel frequently and usually stay in four- or five-star hotels. I chose this property primarily because of its excellent central location and because air conditioning was listed among the room amenities, which is important for me due to a medical condition.

Unfortunately, upon arrival I discovered that, although the room contained an air conditioning unit, there was no remote control available. When I contacted the front desk, I was initially informed that guests were not allowed to use the AC because the management did not consider the weather sufficiently warm. Given that my room was located on the top floor with strong afternoon sun exposure, this made the room very uncomfortable.

After I contacted the General Manager directly, the hotel eventually provided the remote control, and I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved. However, this happened only after approximately half of my stay had already passed.

There were also several additional inconveniences: some advertised amenities were missing (no coffee maker and no minibar, only an empty mini-fridge), housekeeping procedures were inconsistent, and the “Do not disturb” sign was ignored on two occasions.

Overall, while the location is excellent, the service and handling of guest concerns did not meet my expectations for a four-star hotel.

Besonders freundlicher Empfang und die einzigartige Chance unser Auto direkt vor dem Hotel zu parken (Sonntag Nachmittag)!

Cons:

Dass man am Sonntag Abend im Hotel nicht einmal einen Drink bekommen konnte, weil die Bar geschlossen war!
