A pleasant stay
Pros:

It’s a nice, well-known hotel with a unique, traditional character rather than a modern style. The location was the key factor for us. The hotel was warm, and the breakfast was good.

Ein großartiger Kurzurlaub in Graz , verschönt durch ein wunderbares Hotel mit viel Flair
Pros:

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft upgegraded. Das große Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich.
Wir mussten nur über die Straße um viele gute Lokale zu finden.
Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, sogar eine Aufmerksamkeit wurde meinem Gatten zum Geburtstag überreicht.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig , schmeckte wunderbar, sogar Prosecco war dabei.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Wir brauchten nur ein Bett für eine Nacht und haben deshalb ein Zimmer in der günstigsten Kategorie gebucht. Es war alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. DIe Lage ist mitten im Zentrum, so konnten wir auf der Durchreise noch viel sehenswertes von Graz erfahren.

Das einzige was sehr gestört hat, war die ausziehbare Couch als Schlafeglegenheit - diese ist komplett durchgelegen und sollt dringend erneuern werden!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal und der Wintergarten einmalig.
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, nachts war es sehr ruhig. Schöne Sauna und netter kleiner Sportraum.

Cons:

Im riesigen Bad wäre ein Sessel nett, um etwas abzulegen oder um sich setzen zu können oder ei Bidet. Der Teppichboden war mit Panzerband repariert und die Verglasung des Wintergartens müsste gereinigt werden.
