Dieses Hotel überzeugt mit einer wunderbaren, stilvollen Atmosphäre und einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist ideal und bietet die perfekte Umgebung für Ruhe und Entspannung.

Kulinarisch wird man hier ebenfalls verwöhnt – das Essen ist stets hervorragend und von höchster Qualität.

Besonders beeindruckend ist der Wellnessbereich: Die professionellen Kosmetik- und Massagebehandlungen machen die Erholung vollkommen und lassen den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Wohlfühlerlebnis werden.

The hotel is excellent, the atmosphere is warm, the staff was excellent and always responded to my requests. I would like to mention the nice lady at the reception who provided service and courtesy, as well as the person in charge of breakfast who personally took care of me for the special food I needed. I will definitely return to this place. A perfect place.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal ist außerordentlich nett, immer für einen Spaß zu haben und extrem hilfsbereit. Sollte man was brauchen, gibt das Personal alles, damit man es so schön wie nur möglich hat. Die Mahlzeiten sind super. Eine riesige Auswahl an verschiedenen Delikatessen die mit Liebe zubereitet wurden. Auch der Wellness Bereich ist super. Dieser ist groß mit einem super Dampfbad, einer schönen Sauna sowie Infrarot Saunen. Der Pool hat ein Dach, welches geöffnet werden kann soweit das Wetter passt. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig abgelegen und somit kann man die wunderschöne Berglandschaft in vollen Zügen genießen.

Cons:

Ich kann mich wirklich über nichts beklagen. Wie schon oben geschrieben, war alles perfekt und wir waren sehr traurig als unser Aufenthalt wieder vorbei war.

Zimmer anders als auf Homepage, wlan funktionierte nicht, Wellnessbereich wg. Wasserabschaltung ausser Betrieb, Rasen im Aussenbereich tlw. Nicht gemäht, Tennisplatz äußerst ungepflegt

Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Frühstück in Ordnung!
Pros:

Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die etwas hochnäsige Art der Chefin des Hauses. Behandelt ihre Angestellten nicht wertschätzend und ist auch einigen Gästen ggü öfter schnippisch gewesen. Man könnte Fragen der Gäste auch einfach beantworten und nicht die eigenen Angestellten schlecht dastehen lassen.

war sehr zufrieden
Pros:

sehr sehr nettes personal und gastgeber, frühstück und abendessen war auch gut es hat an nichts gefehlt.
auch ein riesen dankeschön an die gastgeberin, denn ich hatte den bus verpasst zur skipiste und wurde aber privat hingefahren hingefahren dank der gastgeberin.

Cons:

vielleicht mal eine grundreinigung in den zimmern sowie teppiche aber sonst im großen und ganzen war alles in ordnung.
