Pros:

The hotel exceeded every expectation. It was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, perfectly located, and offered an outstanding breakfast each morning.

What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the incredible staff. From the front desk team to the managers, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their warmth, kindness, and dedication created an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and personal.

Thanks to the remarkable people working there, this was not just a great hotel stay, but a truly memorable experience. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Gutes Hotel, Zimmer zur Straße im dritten Stock im Sommer nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Zweckmäßiges Stadthotel, grossartiges Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer im dritten Stock zur Straße war sehr sehr warm. Eine Klimaanlage ist aus meiner Sicht unbedingt erforderlich da man aufgrund des Straßenlärms die Fenster nicht öffnen kann.

Pros:

Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Besonders interessant habe ich gefunden, dass die Einrichtung im Stil der 90er Jahre ist. Der Zustand und die Sauberkeit als ob das Hotel gerade erst gestern aufgesperrt hätte. Die Lage am Stadtrand ist angenehm. Die Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt, trotz Schienenersatzverkehr, mit den Öffis bequem mit preiswerten Angeboten für Tageskarten. Graz ist eine Reise wert!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit Parkplatz in Mariatrost
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit familiärer Atmosphäre, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen! Das Frühstück ist einfach perfekt, wobei mir frisches Obst, Vollkornbrot und frische Aufstriche besonders wichtig sind. Frische Ananas, Melonen, Trauben etc. gehören für mich zu einem guten Start in den Tag. Alles vorhanden! Eierspeise & Co kostet leider extra (Euro 4,-). Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, man wird mit einem netten Willkommenskärtchen auf der Bettdecke (Foto) begrüßt. Der inkludierte Parkplatz ist praktisch, wenn man nicht (so wie ich) immer mit dem Zug anreist. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen Kühlschrank und keine installierte Klimaanlage im Zimmer, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie etwas ungewöhnlich ist. Aber ein Standventilator war vorhanden, der auch gut funktioniert hat. Dass es einen dauerhaften Schienenersatzverkehr der Linie 1 gibt (wegen längerfristigen Bauarbeiten ab dem Hilmteich), hat mich zwar zuerst geschockt, aber die GVB sind gut organisiert und man verliert überhaupt keine Zeit am Hilmteich. Eigentlich gibt es daher nichts zu kritisieren, alles gut!

A reggeli teljesen rendben volt . A személyzet kedves segítőkész.Az ágy kényelmes, az ágynemű, környezet tiszta.A parkoló kényelmes, biztosságosnak tűnt, külön összeget nem számoltak fel.

Cons:

Klíma és hűtő nem ártana. A takaró nagyon meleg volt.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Stoiser Graz war ein echtes Highlight und hat mich absolut überzeugt. Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön geht an die Receptionistin, die für ihren Service eine glatte 10 von 10 Punkten verdient. Als ich am Abend ankam und noch einen kleinen Hunger hatte, wurde mir völlig unkompliziert ein frisches Salamibrötchen zubereitet. Das ist wahre Gastfreundschaft und ein Service, den man heute nur noch selten findet.
Auch das Morgenessen am nächsten Tag war einfach hervorragend. Alles war wunderbar frisch und es gab eine wirklich schöne Auswahl, die keinerlei Wünsche offen liess. Dass zudem der Parkplatz inbegriffen ist, macht das Ganze rational äusserst komfortabel und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann dieses Haus jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr nettes, sauberes Hotel, freundlicher Empfang, Personal war sehr freundlich. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet. Lage am nördlichen Stadtrand ist angenehm.

Cons:

Ganz kleines Manko - kein Balkon, da wir aber viel unterwegs waren, nicht so schlimm.

Blitzsauberes, gemütliches Zimmer, nette Mitarbeiterin am Empfang, die mir auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeit Tee gemacht hat. Wir, mein Mann und ich, waren am Muttertagswochenende da und ich habe mich sehr über eine Rose gefreut!
