Excellent location and a very large room with a view of the main square.

Cons:

We had been told there was parking for our motorbike in their back yard, but in reality it was just a narrow cobbled walkway between buildings, which was better than nothing but tricky to negotiate.

Ein wunderschöner Ort in grandioser Lage. Herrlich gediegen mit alten Holztreppen, dezenten Möbeln und einem Zimmerschlüssel wie anno dazumal. Nur ein paar Schritte vom pulsierenden Zentrum der Stadt entfernt, herrscht eine angenehm ruhige, etwas verlangsamte Atmosphäre, dass man sich sofort geborgen fühlt.

Sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend – sehr zentral mitten in Linz. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Auch das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv möchten wir den sehr netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption erwähnen.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht aber an den Haustechniker des Hotels. Wir waren mit unseren Fahrrädern unterwegs und hatten das Pech, dass an einem unserer Räder eine Speiche gerissen ist. Der Haustechniker, ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter aus Syrien, hat sich in seiner Pause Zeit genommen und die Speiche mit viel Geduld und handwerklichem Geschick fachmännisch repariert. Das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr geholfen!

So viel persönliche Hilfsbereitschaft bleibt in Erinnerung. Vielen Dank dafür und eine klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel!
