Pros:

Frühstück exzellent, Aussicht grandios, Atmosphäre himmlisch. Auch wenn es kitschig klingt, es war so!
Und das 7-gängige Menü war zum Niederknien!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön und die Küche von Lukas Nagl übertrifft seit 4 Jahren immer unsere Erwartungen.
Personal in der Küche und im Service sehr freundlich und gut eingespielt.

Cons:

Der Empfang an der Rezeption hat in den letzten 2 Jahren merklich an Qualität verloren. Bei Übergaben an neue Kollegen wird nicht kommuniziert und Informationen gehen verloren. Ich habe im ganzen Hotel und Restaurantbereich nicht feststellen können ob es eine verantwortliche Führungskraft gibt.

Wir kommen wieder…. Aber nur im Sommer!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sicher absolut Mega….!Direkt am Wasser und große Sonnenliegeflächen. Das Personal super aufmerksam und sehr sehr freundlich. Das die Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus sind ist sehr angenehm. Essen und Frühstück ist eine eigene Welt…. Sowohl vom Geschmack als auch der Inzenierung!

Cons:

Wir kommen sicher nicht mehr im Herbst oder der kalten Jahreszeit zurück, sondern würden dann eher das angeschlossen Hotel zur Post vorziehen…warum? Der Wellnessbereich war gefühlt viel zu klein. Es gab nicht genug Liegeflächen-die Saunen waren sehr sehr voll- einmal ging’s nur mit anstehen. Der Fußboden im Liegebereich hatte nicht wie anderswo eine Fußbodenheizung …im Sommer sicher eine Mega Location mit Liegeflächen am Wasser und direkt Zugang zum See!!
Ein anderes Thema war unser Zimmer ;(- Bei meinem Bett war die Matraze so etwas von durchgelegen, dass die 1 Nacht, welche wir dort verbracht haben, eine absolute Qual war

Cons:

Defekte WC Spülung und defektes Nachtlicht. Auf einer großen Terrasse wird in einem Doppelzimmer nur eine Sonnenliege bereit gestellt. Trotz Mängel bei Kosten von über 800,- für 2 Nächte wurde beim Check out noch eine Gebühr für den Parkplatz erhoben.
