Man hatte alles, was man brauchte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Lage ist super und trotz Lage war es leise.
Dass man Kaffee und Tee zahlen muss.

Die Lage ist schön zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Die Einfahrt zu den Parkplätzen (pro Tag teuer) ist knapp. Wie jemand mit einem großen SUV durchkommen soll - keine Ahnung.
Zimmer und Lage ist in Onung
Keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus nur Kurzzeitzone. Wir haben einen Strafzettel erhalten. Das Personal hat gesagt das wir in der Kurzzeitzone parken können. Ab 10.00 Uhr Kostenpflichtig. Wir sind 8:15 Uhr weg gefahren. 50 Euro das ist häffig vorallem bekommt man dort keinen Parkplatz. Also nie wieder.

I would like to report an issue regarding an unexpected and unjustified damage charge during our stay at Hotel Lucia Vienna.
My family and I stayed at the hotel between 2 March and 8 March 2026 in Room 203. We travelled to Vienna in order to attend a radiology congress.
During our stay, our small daughter placed stickers on the headboard of the bed, which may have left marks. We did not deny responsibility and were willing to compensate for any reasonable damage.
However, the hotel staff immediately demanded a payment of 500 euros, stating verbally that the entire headboard needed to be replaced. No repair estimate, cost breakdown, or written damage assessment was provided.
When we requested documentation explaining how this amount was calculated, the staff refused to provide any detailed report or invoice.
On the day of our departure, shortly before our flight, we were told that we had to pay the 500-euro charge immediately. Because of the time pressure and our travel schedule, we felt compelled to pay.
The only document provided afterward is a single-line receipt mentioning a 500-euro damage charge, without any explanation of the repair work, materials, or replacement cost.
While we accept responsibility for any actual damage, we believe the amount requested was excessive and unsupported by proper documentation.
We kindly ask Booking.com to review this situation and assist in determining whether this charge was reasonable, and to help us obtain a fair resolution if the amount cannot be justified with proper documentation.
