Great location, smooth check-in, and a comfortable stay in Vienna.
Pros:

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The self check-in process was easy and convenient, and the location was excellent close to the city center and public transport. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night.

Cons:

There was nothing major to dislike — but if there is reception there would be great for more information.

Pros:

Top Lage - zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Nur Parkplätze sind Mangelware. Wir haben außerhalb geparkt und sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln rein gefahren. Unser Zimmer für drei Personen war ausreichend groß und sauber. Der Self-CheckIn ist sehr gut beschrieben und funktionierte problemlos. Zum Frühstücken gibt es einige nette Cafés in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Bella stanza in quartiere tranquillo
Pros:

Stanza accogliente in un bellissimo palazzo, poco lontano (5 minuti) dalla metro Rathaus. Comoda apertura con un codice. Pulizia quotidiana con cambio asciugamani. La camera è silenziosa ed ampia, con diversi piani d’appoggio.

Cons:

C’era un ragno sulla parete. Piumoni singoli su letto matrimoniale. Strada poco servita da bar e ristoranti.

Pros:

Check-in and check-out were quite easy. The building was really nice. Very close to the university and the Rathaus. Beautiful cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Not very close to the living city center. The furniture in the room was of below-average quality. The clothes hangers were limited, so I had to buy more and leave them in the room so the next customer could use them. No refrigerator. The bathroom was small.
