Really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Very spacious, clean and beautiful grounds, the staff were always really friendly. The views from the room were beautiful, and the room itself was superb. We enjoyed the facilities (pools, sunbeds, etc) and staff were accommodating when we needed transfer support and any other requests.

Cons:

While the food at the hotel was really good, it did feel a little overpriced for smaller portions. Location was a bit difficult for us, we didn’t have a car so walking back and forth to Porto San Paolo, or even the beach!, was tiring. Hotel was very accommodating with transfer but it cost €20 to San Paolo one way.. Other alternative is taxis which became quite expensive in the end.

Better to rent a car
Pros:

Very clean, staff are very helpful and kind.

Cons:

We didn’t rent a car during our trip, going to places had to be by car or cycling, while cycling in this heat plus the hill…. You do need a taxi. During the weekend the taxi can increase the price, it should be about 10-15mins drive to the beach, which costs €30 then the taxi driver increases the price to €70. So be prepared.

Une lampe dans la chambre avec une lampe allumée nuit et jour faut disjoncter le soir pour ne pas avoir cette lampe toute la nuit ,aucune insonorisation entre les chambres , manque d activité le soir, transport hôtel aeroport 50 euros pour 13 kms c est du vol

Einzigartige Lage des sehr schönen Hotels mit großer Parkanlage
Pros:

Traumhaft großzügige Hotelanlage mit sehr großem Gartenbereich. Blick auf die vorgelagerte Felseninsel Tavolara ist spektakulär. Gleich am ersten Abend habe ich beim Schnorcheln in der Hotelbucht, zu der man etwa 10min Fußweg (oder wie in unserem Fall mit dem Mietwagen 2min) zurücklegt, einen großen Oktopus und allerlei Fische beim Schnorcheln beobachten können. Das Hotel ist sehr gut vom Flughafen Olbia (ca. 30min) zu erreichen, sodass man am An- und Abreisetag wenig Zeit verliert.

Cons:

Das Hotelrestaurant bietet sehr gutes Essen, besonders mit frischem Fisch, der auch sehr schön zubereitet war, ist aber hochpreisig (wobei die Preise angesichts der Preise, die man heute bei überfischten Meeren für guten Fisch zahlt angemessen waren). Es wurde aber auch Pasta für unser nicht Fisch essendes Familienmitglied zubereitet. Wenn man mal eben eine Pizza und Pasta essen will, ist das im Nahe gelegenen Porto Istana aber kein Problem,.

Eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegende Natur.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet wird ab 9.30 Uhr nicht wieder richtig aufgefüllt. Es muss regelmäßig nachgefragt werden, was eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte.
