War vielleicht nicht ganz neu, aber sehr sehr sauber und ordentlich. Da passt Preis und Angebot.
Pros:

Für Wien Kurzurlaub , wenn man mit der Bahn kommt die beste Adresse. Die U3 ist direkt vorm Haus und nur zwei
Stationen vom Bahnhof weg.

Cons:

Das unten bei der Hauseingangs - Nische ein Obdachloser geschlafen hat.
Hotel kann aber nichts dafür.

Not just affordable, a great place to stay
Pros:

Wow, for the amount I paid, I was ready to be happy with a very modest room but my room was lovely. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a nice sized room with plenty of light and a beautiful bathroom that looked new. The room included a TV/remote, a safe and a very well stocked minibar! I had read some complaints about the breakfast room, but I found it to be very relaxing and pleasant. Again, it was perfectly clean and there were lots of things on offer, including scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, a variety of breads, several juices to choose from, and a coffee machine with various options. Management was friendly and kindly showed me to my room. I loved the location near the English Kino, but it's also near the underground for accessing the rest of the city. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are in the area as well. Many thanks for a great stay!

Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr sehr freundlich (Check-in am Samstag, den 07.02.2026).
Konnten unsere Koffer am Abreisetag an der Rezeption lassen.
Die Lage war perfekt, 1 min bis zur U-Bahn Station Neubaugasse und 2 min bis zum Bus 13a, der direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.

Cons:

Der unangenehme Geruch im Flur des Hotels und im Badezimmer im Zimmer.
Wirklich sehr sehr unangenehm.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Die Lage ist TOP, direkt mitten an der Einkaufsstraße und eine Straße vom Haus des Meeres entfernt

Cons:

Es wäre toll wenn es absperrbare Fenstergriffe geben würde, gerade bei kleineren Kindern.

Everything was very clean and cozy, the beds are so soft and the staff are very lovely and kind.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer (Zimmer 214) war es ziemlich kühl, ich habe auch keinen Heizkörper gefunden, welche ich verstellen konnte bzw. war der Fußboden eher kalt (keine Fußbodenheizung ??)
