Pros:

Хорошие и комфортные номера, есть свч, капсульная кофемашина, кухонные принадлежности. Очень отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал. Близко к центру, можно легко дойти пешком. Рядом есть, в пешей доступности, продовольственные магазины. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак,еда на любой вкус, плюс фрукты и свежая выпечка. Возможность оставить чемоданы, после выселение большой плюс.
В отеле привет военная бутылка воды и капсулы для кофе.

Cons:

Не пополнялась вода и капсулы для кофе.
Уборка не каждый день.

Good place close to the Wiener Staatsoper.
Pros:

A very traditional pension, extremely clean. Rooms are well equipped, with a reasonable size, and modern, efficient bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not exceptional, but good.

Wie immer und zum 25sten Male bestens, vom Empfang durch Frau S. - (Danke fürs Nachschicken des Ladegerätes vom letzten Male!) - bis hin zum einfachen, sauberen, preisgünstigen, äußerstkomfortablen Zimmer mit übrigens bequemsten Bett. Gerne immer wieder..... Empfehlung: die Cafès im und ums Haus, die Winzerkönigin (bis 23h) - alles auf dieser Straße und Straßenseite; - und: Musikverein und Staatsoper, Albertina und KHM/NHM sind nur 3 bis 4 Bim-Stationen entfernt!

Buena ubicación.

Cons:

No entiendo como puede tener 4*.
Nada más entrar tuvimos que comprobar que correspondía con el hotel reservado, ya que nos parecía un hostal. Instalaciones muy antiguas y camas incomodas.
