Pros:

Staff davvero professionale e gentile, posizione perfetta per visitare la città, camera davvero molto comoda e luminosa, bagno enorme, ottima colazione.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima posizione dentro le mura
Pros:

Posizione dentro le mura. Comodissima per muoversi a piedi. Parcheggio pubblico anche se non particolarmente distante, impegnativo in quanto tutto in salita. Bellissimo bagno con una doccia molto grande e tre tipi di emissione dell'acqua.

Cons:

Al sifone della doccia andrebbe fatta un po di manutenzione per decalcificare gli ugelli.

Voltaremos a nos a hospedar aqui, com certeza!
Pros:

Localização espetacular, funcionários muito disponíveis e prestativos, tamanho do quarto e decoração bons. Cafe da manhã com muita variedade de frios, pães e doces.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são extremamente altos e não ha opção disponível no quarto para a troca.

Pros:

La posizione. La pulizia. L’accoglienza. Personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Hotel molto carino.

Cons:

Era tutto molto curato e in ordine. Se devo fare un appunto posso dire che le mono dosi in bagno sono assolutamente anti ecologiche e scomode. Ormai in molti hotel utilizzano i dispenser con sapone bagnoschiuma ecc.

Ideal para descubrir Volterra
Pros:

Hotel con encanto en el centro de Volterra. La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y la cama cómoda. El desayuno bueno y la atención del personal fue excelente. Nos dieron indicaciones previa a la llegada para poder aparcar el coche ya que se encuentra en una zona de circulación limitada.
