Pros:

Il personale soprattutto il portiere era gentilissimo e massima disponibilità, purtroppo scarsa pulizia e giardino e parcheggio nn curati sembra una struttura abbandonata

Pros:

Servizi pessimi. Non mi è stata assegnata la camera prenotata. A seguito di temporale è piovuto dentro la camera. Ho trovato scarafaggi nel bagno. La camera assegnatami come ripiego aveva una porta nella lavanderia. Sono andato via un giorno prima ma ho pagato il totale come da prenotazione.

Buen servicio, pero las camas no son cómodas y las cortinas muy delgadas que dejan pasar toda luminosidad.
Buen servicio de desayuno, excelente vista, personal amable y atento; wifi de buena velocidad.

Great modern rooms - grounds need TLC
Pros:

Big pros: free onsite parking, breakfast included on a lovely terrace with a view, very clean and spacious/modern rooms.
Cons: description says it is walking distance to Tropea - it is a 15-20 min walk but please note that you must walk along a winding road without sidewalks to get there, which is not illuminated at night - not the safest!
Also, nee management as of this year and seems like they are progressively updating it but some areas not yet ready for customers. For price of $300 CAD, a few suggestions: please fix the stairs to get to the cabins, offer a service to have luggage brought to the room, ensure that bathroom has all functional lighting and no broken toilet seats.
I would charge 30% less for current condition. All in all, 7/10 because overpriced for its current “work-in-progress” condition.

Pros:

Posizione invidiabile. Camera eccessivamente minimalista: nessun armadio, tenda insufficiente a mascherare la luce, copri tavoletta del water instabile, shampoo e saponi quasi inesistenti. Colazione decisamente essenziale. Ambiente esterno poco curato. Personale indifferente verso i clienti. Per 450 euro per due notti in matrimoniale mi sarei aspettata di più. Basterebbe poco per renderlo un hotel apprezzabile!
