Regrette l'absence de petit dejeuner

Receptionist was friendly but seems unaware on the included parking discount so ended up paying full price rather than half price

Located near a club. Although sound insulation was good, you could feel vibrations in the room until the early hours of the morning.

There is nothing really to complain about in regards to the hotel itself. The issue is that there is a night club next door that is playing loud bass music from midnight to 4 or 5 am each night. Noise canceling headphones can't really address the vibration of the bed so there really is nothing that can be done to overcome this obstacle. Clearly the hotel is not at fault for the situation but I would advise not booking here if these conditions would disturb your sleep. Despite my best efforts I was unable to sleep until early morning each night I was there.

You could hear every creak of people walking in rooms above us

Staff were unhelpful and nowhere to be seen most of the time do not answer reception phone and couldn’t find them during the day - bag of other people’s rubbish was left in my bathroom also - located next to one of the biggest night clubs in Amsterdam and you can hear it

Il rumore della discoteca dietro l'albergo che soprattutto la domenica notte ha disturbato il sonno di tutti noi.

1. Hotel is in front of a after hours club. 11pm to 4am. Every night for week which makes it difficult to sleep
2. Staff ensured us someone would be at front desk 24 hrs but wasn't between 10 pm and 1am when we nee:ded him
3. Had to leave early 7:45am and couldn't because they would not start the coffee machine till 8am.
4. Can't believe the good reviews of this hotel.

Might be just a bad couple of nights

Malheureusement certainement proche d’une boîte de nuit où raisonnait la musique, surtout les basses, de 22h à 15h du matin ! Difficile de bien dormir.

Jetzt kommt das große ABER. Leider dürfte es in unmittelbarer Nähe einen Nachtclub geben, der auch unter der Woche lange geöffnet hat. Bis 3:30 Uhr war der durchdringende Bass zu vernehmen und wir konnten nicht schlafen. Wer also gern Party macht oder den Tag spät beginnt, prima Unterkunft, ansonsten besser nicht.
