Pros:

The staff were very professional and helpful, the room was small but clean, well appointed and fine for a stay by myself. There was a working lift which was important as I was on the 3rd floor and the hotel had good security with keycard access to the foyer and rooms. The location is good for catching the tram system and had a number of cafes and restaurants close by.

Cons:

It is close to the nightclub area so there was some music noise until late at night/early morning. This would probably be fine for younger travellers ( I am in my late 50's)

Comfortable except for the middle of the night on weekends.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great neighborhood for tourists; close to restaurants, coffeeshops, and public transport.

Cons:

There is some kind of night club next door that we weren’t aware of, very loud house music woke kept us awake between 1-5am Friday and Saturday nights.

Pros:

The location is really good. It is really close to dam square. The neighborhood is also safe and cute. The quadruple room were smaller than we expected. Free coffee machine in the lobby was cool.

Cons:

There were no towels in our room in the beginning. The bed sheets weren't dirty but they weren't so clean either. THE QUADRUPLE ROOM WAS SO COLD AND A/C only makes the room cooler not hotter.

A wonderful stay at the heart of Amsterdam City Centre.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a lovely stay.

The highlight for us was definitely the view — being able to see the river right outside our window was just beautiful. The location is also perfect, right in the city centre and exactly where we wanted to be.

We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Cons:

Just a small note for anyone sensitive to noise: there is a club behind the hotel. However, we could barely hear it, and by the time you’re back from an evening out, it’s not really noticeable.
Overall, a great hotel and a stay we really enjoyed.

Günstig, gut gelegen, Ausstattung dürftig, LAUTER Bass bis in die Nacht
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich super, zu den meisten Dingen kann man laufen. Supermarkt und Tramstation sind nur 5 bzw 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Amsterdam Zentrallage waren die Preise gut.

Cons:

Das "Deluxe Einzelzimmer" hat kein Fenster. Ein Pseudo-30cm2-Deckenfenster, aber auch das nicht wirklich.
Der Bass eines Clubs oder sonstwas in der Nähe hämmert bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut und bringt keinen guten Schlaf.
Die Betten waren sehr weich/durchgelegen.
