Es waren sehr schöne Tage im Hotel! Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Hervorragendes Frühstück, viel Auswahlmöglichkeiten und perfekte Frühstückszeiten für Langschläfer.
Die Leintücher für die Liegen im Wellness Bereich habe ich gut gefunden.

Ein Aufenthalt mit vermeidbaren Schwächen und gravierenden Mängeln
Pros:

Frühstück war gut und vielfältig, Massage und Kosmetik waren sehr gut und professionell. Zimmer ok.

Cons:

sowohl das Zimmer als auch der Wintergarten (Zug durch Fenster) im Restaurant unangenehm kalt. Das Personal wirkte großteils überfordert, teils unfreundlich. An der Bar herrscht Chaos bei größerer Belegung. An der Rezeption wurde trotz Vorauszahlung erneut der volle Betrag verlangt – und man muss die eigene Zahlung selbst nachweisen. Zudem wird man von nahezu allen Mitarbeitenden direkt nach Trinkgeld gefragt, was den Eindruck erweckt, dass hier grundlegende Strukturen nicht stimmen. Selbst Leitungswasser wird verrechnet, obwohl wir Weinflaschen konsumiert haben. Yoga ist ebenfalls nur gegen Aufpreis möglich. Das Essen schwankt stark: mal gut, mal deutlich unter Erwartung.

מלון חצי פנסיון עם ארוחות מעולות ואלגנטיות. מאוד מתאים לטבעונים וצמחונים. השירות היה מעולה מכל אחד מאנשי הצוות, והם היו גם חברותיים מאוד ואדיבים היה ניכר שהם מחויבים לשירות נעים ומצוין. לא היה משהו שלא ביקשנו ולא נעננו, אני הייתי חולה והם סיפקו לנו תה חם, ואפילו בקבוק חם, כל מה שנזקקנו לו.

מרכז הבריאות והספא מדהים והנוף שנשקף מכל פינה פשוט מהמם. נהנינו מכל רגע.
מלון מדהים מדהים אני כבר מתגעגעת!!

Pros:

es war alles erste Klasse, von Zimmer, Frühstück und Abendessen. Poolbereich Top.
Saunabereich waren wir nicht.
