Un soggiorno di qualità
Pros:

La camera, spaziosissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Il bagno eccellente. La qualità della pulizia giornaliera. La bontà dei prodotti serviti a colazione (migliorabile la varietà). La posizione in un punto strategico del centro storico, a due passi da area di parcheggio e dal porticciolo.

Cons:

Il balconcino esterno poco vivibile, a causa dei segni di deiezioni dei piccioni. Il personale un po' brusco nel giorno di check out: non ci aveva riconosciuto quando siamo rientrati per prendere i bagagli e utilizzare i servizi, scambiandoci per intrusi. In generale, il personale va sollecitato e non è sempre presente in struttura.

La gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari è impagabile. Stanze ben arredate, posizione splendida. Centrale ma silenziosa. Ottima la colazione

Pros:

Da localização, no centro da cidade. Muito limpo o quarto e os funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

O quarto muito escuro e não tinha cama de casal.

Le personnel à l'accueil : très agréable, très souriant, j’ai demandé une aide pour rétablir la climatisation de ma chambre et la jeune femme était très efficace

Cons:

Le personnel de la Salle du petit déjeuner pas très souriant, même quand le client rapporte son plateau...
Les femmes de ménage très bruyantes près des portes de chambres, bruits de pas, de chariot que l’on tire, de sachets que l’on froisse, tout ceci très tôt le matin

Super hotel je recommande. Quelques petits désagréments pour le prix ce devrait etre parfait
Pros:

Tous les équipements étaient modernes! Emplacement parfait, les oeufs brouillés. La réceptionniste était trés gentille.

Cons:

Ma douche passait du froid au chaud. Les femmes de ménages attendaient dans le couloir en parlant fort et écoutant de la musique et la femme du petit déjeuner etait peu courtoise

Pros:

We really enjoyed this boutique hotel and its proximity to the resturants, beaches and the walk by the water and the Venetian fortress. The hotel receptionist was very warm and helpful with her great recommendations. The breakfast in the small alley in front of the hotel was very enjoyable.

Pros:

We had a wonderful few days here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and welcoming, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. We will happily return. Highly recommended!

Ottima scelta
Pros:

Boutique hotel molto bello nel centro storico di Chania, curato, pulito, con ottimi arredi, materasso comodo e bagno ben progettato. Ci hanno riservato la camera col terrazzino più grande, con una bella vista sulla strada e sul mare. Ottima colazione e personale gentilissimo.

Excellent option in Chania
Pros:

Excellent and central location, all around you can find good restaurants, shops, everything is needed.
Helpful staff.
Very good breakfast.
The room was very comfortable.

Cons:

My room was near the lobby and cafeteria, so lobby noise was present in my room as well.
And in the morning it was challenging to sleep bit more, cause your here the voices of people who starting their breakfast in cafeteria.

Pros:

The location in old town is perfect for exploring the city.

Cons:

The refrigerator produced loud noise so needed to ask to turn it of. Was ok as I only stayed a night, but might be inconvenient if you stay longer.
