The staff make this hotel nothing else. Rooms are dated bathrooms smells coming up from the waste traps . Cockroaches found in room. Its needs a good refurb . Luckily we spent as little time possible in the room

This seemed the best option on the island, considering price and location. One block away from the beach, very centrally located. You can walk to all shops, nice bars and restaurants.

Staff was amazing, everyone super nice and willing to help. When we left for the airport, I forgot my sweater on the taxi. I called the hotel and they quickly managed to contact the driver again and he brought it for me at the airport.

Breakfast was okay, toast, eggs, pancakes, fruits, juice, coffee. All the basics and very well done.

The room was large and bed was comfortable. It will likely need renovation soon though. If I have the chance of returning to the island, I would stay here again

I stayed at the Noblehouse for 5 nights in May. I had never been to the island before and I wanted something different than the resorts. I am not a resort person. If you want a safe, clean, simple, pleasant place to stay you will enjoy yourself. One reviewer wrote, "the breakfast is just what you need" I agree and feel that the Noblehouse itself is just what you need. I did not know what to expect and was delighted. I stayed in one of the balcony rooms at the front of the hotel. There was a large fridge in the room and the air conditioner worked great. It was a simple, short walk to the beach. Be advised, first day at this beach you will fry! The next day I got a setup from the beach guys. It was a lounge chair, a regular chair and a tarp to keep you happy and shaded for 35,000 pesos.
There are plenty of stores nearby. Also, there is a great little arepa place around the corner that I went to every day. There are no coffee making facilities in the room but there is a Juan Valdez right there too. I am already planning to return. What a happy stay! Thank you!

Just two big towels no small one. No real window in the room.

Stayed for two days/nights. Location is great - one block from ocean. Inexpensive. Staff was great. A/C is OK. Common areas are fine. Breakfast was marginal.

Room was very tired. Plastic wood floor was lose and slid around when you walked on it. Window drapes did not reach the floor by about a foot - weird. Pictures missing from hooks on walls. Bathroom was really worn - shower head shoots one solid stream of water - no hot water on day one- gross brown stain on the wall - toilet paper holder does not work - large hole in the wall under the sink. Rusty nail sticking out of wall in shower.

In summary - was an inexpensive, marginal property with a good location. Not for me.

Overall very good experience. Its not fancy but very clean and maintained.. they provide q real breakfast and staff are very nice and helpfull. Overall great value for money

The service is great, everyone working at the hotel is very polite and helpful. The hotel is pretty well located, in the center of the city, near the beach, near many restaurants. shower has hot water (not salty) (this is difficult to find in the island) but with a very small quantity of water flowing (which is bad, you'll need much more time to take your bath normally. Air conditioning works very well. Good price and clean.

The hotel is near the mainly urban beach Sprat Bright with many restaurant options. Lolla is a very nice and gentle attendant, the breakfast is regular for local pattern. The air conditioning could be more effective.

El hotel está bien ubicado, a metros de la playa y de la peatonal principal. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación a la calle con balcón, bastante cómoda y amplia. Cuentan con frigobar y amenities de baño. Cuenta con un menú de desayuno de varias opciones y la atención es excelente. En especial de la sra. italiana que atendía la recepción, muy atenta.

O hotel atende as necessidades básicas. Os quartos da frente são impossíveis de se ficar por conta do barulho! Solicitei a mudança para um do fundo e fui atendido, a melhora dos ruídos foi de 200%. Acredito que seja feito um teste com quem chega, caso não reclame fica ali mesmo! O quarto simples atende a proposta! O ar condicionado funciona bem e é essencial em San Andrés! O que deixou a desejar foi a limpeza, senti nojo da cama, encontrei 3 tipos de cabelo diferente no lençol que eu iria deitar. O café da manhã é muito repetitivo e enjoa. Todo dia são as mesmas opções: As frutas de entrada, sendo 3 tipos com um ou 2 pedaços de cada, sempre iguais: Abacaxi, Melão, Manga e Mamão. Suco de laranja aguado e as opções: 2 misto quentes, que poderiam ser trocados por tostada (Pão apenas) ou ovos mexidos. No terceiro dia já começa a desanimar. Meu vôo atrasou um pouco, porém, o hotel não liberou nenhum minuto a mais no checkout, mas ficou com as malas na recepção. A recepção é bem quente e poderia ter um ar condicionado também. O atendimento da recepcionista foi ótimo, sempre atenciosa e pronta para atender. No geral a estadia foi boa, o maior problema mesmo foi por conta da limpeza da roupa de cama um tanto nojenta.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto da praia, centro comercial, banco, WU. Funcionários sempre prestativos. O pagamento foi feito no check-out com o valor fechado pelo hoteis.com
Tem ar condicionado nos quartos e água quente. O hotel também conta com wi-fi em todas dependências.

El hotel era cómodo y muy cerca de la playa. El desayuno muy completo, el hotel muy tranquilo y cómodo los empleados del hotel fueron muy amables con nosotros.

Boa estadia sem em local muito estratégico.

I spent two nights with my sister in this hotel and we highly recommend it !
The rooms are super clean, bathrooms also and the breakfast is just what you need to begin a good day.

Basically if you are looking for comfort and a great quality/price ratio, just go there :)

El hotel esta bien ubicado y el personal es amable. Pero es viejo y feo.

It was our second time at the hotel. The staff is amazing and location is great. The hotel is cozy but in after two years from our first time there it looks like the hotel needs some urgent renovation and to chose better the items inside. (We saw broken sinks, no toilet paper holder, a lot of things that were just not well placed and looked like we could brake just by touching it). I don't expect anything luxurious inside but when several simple things are broken or you can easily see that were the cheapest options it made me think I paid too much for what was offered.

We had a wonderful experience in the first time and this second time was beyond expecatations. Also, an air conditioner in the common areas would also be nice both for the guests and for the staff :)

O hotel é ótimo. Está bem localizado próximo a praia e fácil acesso a transporte público, comércio, restaurantes, aluguel de veículos.
O hotel conta com chuveiro de água quente e boa. O Wifi funcionou bem em todas as dependências.
O café da manhã está incluído e é servido na mesa.

We spent 5 nights last week in this lovely hotel and our stay was great.
The hotel is small and in a very central, but quiet, location in San Andres city, right at the corner of the beach access.
The staff was very helpful and caring. They showed us great level of hospitality and support that is not very typical in other touristic areas. Huge plus. thanks!
Room was enormous and super clean, a bit old, but honestly it didn't matter at all since the condition of the hotel was perfect.
I strongly suggest this hotel in case you are travelling on the island.
