The staff is really friendly and very, very professional. They truly stand out and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is amazing, with great quality and variety, and together with the staff, it was the highlight of my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay at The Penz was disappointing. The rooms feel very old and clearly in need of renovation. There are noticeable stains on the carpets in the corridors, and the walls are dirty and full of marks. Sound insulation is very poor-you can easily hear noises from neighboring rooms, even something as simple as someone moving a chair. Very slow Wi-Fi with poor coverage throughout the hotel. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standard one would expect, and significant updates are needed to improve the guest experience.
