Amazing staff
Pros:

The rooms are really comfortable and the breakfast was sublime!

We had an unfortunate situation with our passports. The hotel staff were amazing. Super professional and helpful in arranging for our passports to be sent to Vienna. Truly excellent surpassing all expectations!
