Atendimento personalizado do The Penz
Pros:

Nosso quarto estava com retorno do cheiro de ralo do banheiro. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e fomos rapidamente atendidos.

Esqueci uma mochila no taxi até a estação. A atendente contatou o motorista que devolveu na recepção. Conseguimos retirar a tempo de embarcar com a indicação da recepcionista do retorno mais rápido.

O Café da amanhã é excepcional!
