Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit perfekter Lage, freundlichem Service und einem hervorragenden Frühstück – ich würde jederz
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet und liegt praktisch im Stadtzentrum. Von dort aus erreicht man bequem zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants, Geschäfte und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über ein Restaurant, in dem Mittag- und Abendessen angeboten werden. Es lohnt sich, die Öffnungszeiten zu beachten, wobei es in der Umgebung auch viele weitere Restaurants gibt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war sehr gut.

Le personnel n’était pas très accueillant à mon arrivé j’ai demandé s’ils pouvaient m’appeler dès que ma chambre serait prête, la réceptionniste n’a pas voulu faire un effort, pour me rendre dans ma chambre il fallait passer par le réfectoire du petit déjeuner, la chambre était très petite et ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos sur le site. Le petit déjeuner catastrophique, le melon était coupé en petits morceaux encore avec la peau dessus! Le café de l’eau.
Un établissement vraiment trop cher pour une nuit avec des prestations catastrophiques.
Il y a des hôtels 4 étoiles qui sont moins chers et d’une qualité irréprochable!

Sehr empfehlenswert im Zentrum von Bern.
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage, Zimmer komfortabel und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück, auch mit vielen veganen Optionen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located.

Cons:

I stayed in this hotel to escape the heat but the AC didn't work, I even asked to change rooms as I was initially given a room under the roof, but in both cases it was still hot with ac running at full power. The air conditioning was extremely loud and ineffective, I slept very badly. The breakfast room was also unimpressive, as was the breakfast, with annoying lighting and loud American guests blubbering loudly about their business at 7 am. There were tables outdoor that hadn't been cleaned, so there was no escape from the cacophony or the lingering indoor heat. Maybe the sleepless night didn't help me appreciate the amenities. The structure in general is not great, with very narrow corridors and small rooms looking onto a narrow and ugly/dirty back alley courtyard. All in all really not worth the high price tag.
