La amabilidad de Manuel de recepción y que además hablaba español. El desayuno,bastante completo y bueno.La cama y la almohada muy cómoda. La ubicación, cerca de la estación Central,de restaurantes, supermercados y de los monumentos de interés.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage optimal in der Stadt, auch nicht allzu weit zum Bahnhof. Sehr gutes und nobles Restaurant gleich nebenan. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles top!

Il Wi-Fi molto debole avendo soggiornato al quarto piano dell’hotel che penso fosse in una posizione scomoda rispetto al segnale del Wi-Fi.
I cuscini molto scomodi perché molto soffici e bassi.
Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal an Rezeption und im Service, tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum und in Bahnhofsnähe, Angebot der Gepäckaufbewahrung auch nach dem check-out, sehr bequemes Bett....
Die zentrale Lage bringt es mit sich, dass es draussen auch spät mal etwas lauter zugeht, va im Sommer... Aber bei geschlossrnen Fenstern (und Air condition) war es nicht so schlimm...
Excellent location and management, with some useful tips for travelers
The Kreuz Hotel boasts an enviable and strategic location, just a short walk from Bern’s historic center and a few hundred meters from the main train station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the reception staff is generally welcoming and kind.
A special note of praise goes to the management: the leadership demonstrated outstanding competence, a rare ability to listen, and took full responsibility for addressing our issues effectively.
Finally, two tips for future guests:
First, when paying by debit or credit card at the POS, always choose to pay in the local currency (CHF) rather than your home currency. This will prevent you from being charged particularly unfavorable exchange rates.
Second, if you decide to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (Bärenhöfli), be sure to specifically ask for tap water. Tap water in Switzerland is excellent and doing this will save you from unexpected surprises on your bill.

No coffee making facilities in room and the coffee station had cheap coffee sachets.
我们住的是三人间，其中一间单独隔开，空间大住起来很舒服。酒店的设计很时尚漂亮，墙纸是素净的阿勒河，楼梯及电梯的色彩雅致明亮。酒店空间利用也很好，四楼有茶水间，五楼有健身房，一楼有洗衣机和烘干机，洗一次7瑞郎。酒店地理位置很好，楼下是coop和micro两间大超市，周边食肆餐厅林立，火车站步行可达，里面的商店营业到比较晚。酒店的早餐品种丰富，美味可口。工作人员也非常热情友好，每天我们外出时，都有人进来打扫和整理房间。
如果洗衣机是刷卡使用的，会更方便一些
