Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful with amenities. The check in was simple. The staff was so helpful. Even though you check in yourself the workers are across the street in the information center. Location is superb. Right in front of Charles Bridge. One of Prague’s main stars. The coffee shop across the street is incredible. The gave us a card for the currency exchange downstairs, what a huge difference it made. Once they seen it we made $25 extra in usd for our exchange. No kidding! We hope to return to stay here again.

Einfach traumhaft, jederzeit gern wieder

Die Unterkunft ist einfach unschlagbar!

Man kann zum Fenster raus die Karlsbrücke sehen und die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Das Zimmer ist einfach ein Traum.

Pros:

Super Lage , direkt an der Karls-Brücke.

Struttura meravigliosa, camera al secondo piano bellissima, grande, pulita e con vista su Ponte Carlo.
Letto e cuscini comodi, lenzuola e piumone davvero ottimi! Bagno spazioso e doccia comodissima.
Abbiamo lasciato i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out in un ufficio pieno di ragazzi gentili e disponibili.
Grazie mille di tutto! Quando torneremo a Praga prenoteremo di nuovo qui.

Cons:

Per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema, però la struttura trovandosi in un bellissimo palazzo storico è sprovvista di ascensore quindi non è indicata per persone a mobilità ridotta.

The apartment admin is located in information center across the street. They are very nice and helpful. Also the souvenirs in their shop is special. The best experience you can have in Praha!

Loved this hotel... right by the Charles Bridge!
Pros:

Terrific hotel... we had a large room. It was spotlessly clean, had all the facilities you could want and was beautifully furnished. It's in an old refurbished building so lots of intersesting details. Perfect lication just off the Charles Bridge but surprisingly quiet. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Cons:

There are some steep stairs which you need to take luggage up and down. The staff helped us with this so not a problem but those with reduced mobility should avoid or book a lower floor.

Perfect location.
Pros:

The perfect location for exploring the city .
Room was nice and clean .
The bed was very comfortable ..
Good value for money.
Great bars , restaurants & cafe right on the doorstep.

Cons:

Not a negative however worth a mention , there are quite alot of stairs to each room , in particular the attic room which we stayed in and there's no lift .
Our legs definitely got a workout but was well worth it !.
