A lovely property; great location, spacious and well presented.
Pros:

A nice traditional building with high ceilings, which was well equipped and had very comfortable beds. The location was quiet yet fantastic for sightseeing.

Cons:

A very minor gripe was the lack of full shower door/screen so water splashed out onto the mat/floor every time we used it.

Location is great room size was amazing

Cons:

Staff entered my room unannounced it was a cleaner I think was very alarmed and they have no deadbolt on the door to prevent this I placed the chair over in front of the door

Pros:

Posizione perfetta davanti al Ponte Carlo
Camere belle, spaziose e pulite

Cons:

Non è prettamente un hotel, infatti non c’è una reception e neanche una sala per la colazione (bisogna andare in un cafe dietro l’angolo con il voucher dell’hotel)
Inoltre non c’è ascensore e bisogna portare le valigie a mano su per una scala abbastanza stretta

Dernière étage; réveillés par les pigeons qui ont élus domicile dans les combles et donc juste au dessus de nos têtes. Pas très agréable et extrêmement bruyant. Dommage

Wunderschöne individuell eingerichtete Zimmer.
Schöner Altbau.
Super Lage direkt bei der Karlsbrücke.

Cons:

Wir hätten einen kompletten Stromausfalls im Zimmer und mussten dann in der Nacht noch in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und es war ja auch ein Glück, dass rein anderes Zimmer frei war.

Amazing hotel in an excellent location.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Walking distance to all attractions. The management of the hotel was excellent. We had a small problem with a blocked sink and it was resolved quickly.

Cons:

There was some construction work which started around 7:30am. Just bad timing I guess.

Pros:

The room was lovely; spacious & really clean. The hotel was really well located and really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Missed having a reception/someone in the building but it isnt far away!
