Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.
Although it may seem a little outside the city center on the map, getting around is incredibly easy. There is a bus stop less than a two-minute walk from the hotel, with frequent buses that take you all across Vienna's city center, from north to south. It was also very quick and convenient to reach major attractions outside the center, such as Belvedere Palace and Schönbrunn Palace, using public transportation.
The hotel itself was spotless. Housekeeping came every day to clean the room, make the beds, replace the towels, and keep everything in perfect condition. Despite the hotel having many rooms, it was very quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The reception staff were outstanding—always friendly, professional, and happy to help with anything we needed. We also really appreciated the luggage storage room, where we could safely leave our bags during reception opening hours before our departure.
Finally, the price was excellent. Not only is it great value for Vienna, but it is also very affordable compared to hotels in general, especially considering the quality of the service and facilities. We didn't experience a single problem during our stay, and we would happily choose this hotel again.

The location was great!

Cons:

We stayed here during summer time, so it was really hot, there was a fan in the room, but he wasn’t working properly 😀

Pillows were really uncomfortable. If you are looking for a one night rest in the city – it is ok, but for a longer time, it lacks mini fridge, kettle and more sockets.

Pros:

Die Lage, denn die nähe zum Westbahnhof war toll! Nachdem ich sehr übermüdet am Westbahnhof angekommen war, war der Weg nicht mehr weit! Außerdem hat man äußerst gute anbindungen zum öffentlichen Verkehr in alle Richtungen!
Das Zimmer, das Bett, das Badezimmer, die Klimaanlage, der Schrank, die Größe des Zimmers war richtig gut und es gab sogar einen Föhn im Zimmer!
Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, was mir fast am wichtigsten ist!
Und dass man sich spontan entscheiden kann ob man frühstücken möchte, finde ich auch gut!
Es war alles wunderbar!

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war im 4. Stockwerk! Der Gang zu meinem Zimmer war zu alt, abgewohnt und ein bisschen gruselig! Das hat mir nicht so gut gefallen.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, 15€ hätten dafür jedoch gereicht, wenn man es mit anderen Frühstücksbuffets vergleicht. Der Preis wurde leider auf 18€ erhöht!
Wenn man mit viel Gepäck anreist, ist es etwas schwierig die 2 Treppen zur Rezeption hoch zu kommen.
Ansonsten alles gut und ich werde wieder kommen!

Plus za dobrą lokalizację i miłą obsługę. Śniadania poprawne

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój na ostatnim piętrze z widokiem tylkk na miebo jak na więziennym spacerniaku. W pokoju stare meble brak lodówki i brak zamykanej kabiny prysznivowej lała się woda na podłowę nieprzyjemny zapach z sedesu.
Klimatyzacja mroziła na sniadaniu.

Dårlig beliggenhed, når man har værelse ud mod gaden med virkelig megetlarm hele natten

Personalet var flinke.

Cons:

Der var virkelig meget larm fra gaden hele natten og der var alt for varmt på værelset. Der var en aircondition på værelset, men den virkede ikke. Værelset var slidt og sengen var meget knirkende.

Ich komme bestimmt wieder
Pros:

Kein Frühstück eingenommen, ich war in Wien eingeladen.
Zentrale ruhige Lage das Zimmer sauber und angenehm kühl.
In der Nacht sehr sehr ruhig einfach perfekt.
Ich kann es von ganzem Herzen weiter empfehlen und werde es selber bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Wien wieder buchen

Pros:

The staff are extremely helpful, the location is excellent, and the water in the bathroom is hot.😍
Especially the veiled girl, she is very respectful, kind and cooperative.

Cons:

Guests speak loudly in the hallway, the bed makes noises when it rolls over during sleep, there is no mini-fridge in the room, and the room floor is very old.
