Toll für Alleinreisende in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine sehr besondere, etwas spezielle Unterkunft. Muss man sich ein wenig drauf einlassen. Ich wurde noch nie so gastfreundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Der Graukogel Lift ist fussläufig genauso wie der Bahnhof (Trick: mit dem Parkhaus im Ort kann man sich 11 Ebenen sparen), außerdem fahren Busse zum grünen Baum und vom Bahnhof in alle beliebten Wandergebiete.
Es waren außerdem viele Alleinreisende da, und durch das Sitzarrangement ist man direkt ins Gespräch gekommen.

Cons:

Der Saunabereich ist eher klein, Wellness sollte nicht das primäre Ziel hier sein. Dafür ist der Pool sehr schön.

Villa Excelsior is stunning. It’s a spirit, and you experience it through everything. This stay is a must!!!

FOOD
It shouldn’t be possible for you not to pay the small amount for dinner. You get three courses homemade food made by Le Chef, Johanna.

You choose more or less your own breakfast. There is something for everyone.

The waiters delivered the best service. They were amazing, warm and always welcoming you. They were wearing traditional Alpine clothing and it looked like they really liked their job. The stereo was playing classic every evening. Like saying before - they really have a spirit in the hotel with a common thread all the way.

I went there alone, but they had placed a whole line of lonely travelers, so I had someone to talk to every night at dinner. So cosy! I’m 32 years old, but I had the best conversations with people doubled my age.

VIEW
I cried when I arrived and left. The view is just what I needed. You could follow the weather outside and it was magical. Sometimes full of clouds over and under you - WOW!

FACILITIES
Sauna, thermal bath with radon, church, outdoor swimmingpool and cosy rooms to hang in at every level. At first it felt like a labyrinth. Go exploring! Didn’t try the sauna because of the warm weather outside.

My room was lovely - the interior fits the hotel everywhere. Christof has really done an unbelievable good job here! I spend plenty of hours starring at the view from the window.

Short distance to the mountains. Beautiful Kaiser promenade walking route right outside the door.

Krásná lokalita vhodná pro letní i zimní pobyt, hotel v normě.
Pros:

Umístění hotelu a venkovní bazén

Cons:

Snídaně s omezeným výběrem ze seznamu, bylo nutné jídlo vybírat vždy dopředu, s tím jsem se ještě nesetkal.
Omezené možnosti parkování, minimální možnost usušit si mokré oblečení. Hotel už má nejlepší léta za sebou, interiér včetně vybavení působil poněkud omšele. Přes léto nefunguje bar, restaurace je otevřena jen během snídaně a večeře (cca do 20:00)

Sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Unterkunftgeber. Das Wohlbefinden der Gäste steht hier an erster Stelle. Das Essen (HP) war hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist top, ein paar Minuten entfernt befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle bei der Nikolauskirche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir konnten die Terasse und den Pool benutzen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Kochkunste sind perfekt und der Service stimmt.

Cons:

Ein Frühstücksbüffet wäre besser.
Am Abend sollte die bestehende Bar wenigstens für 2 Stunden in Betrieb sein.
