Outstanding, best in Heraklion!
Pros:

Top location, sparkling clean, delicious varied breakfast, great views of the port, beautifully designed interior, historic building with elegance & charm.
But above all: the people: all across reception, breakfast, housekeeping: very polite, friendly, competent. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Effectivement, le petit déjeuner est incroyable, et la personne au service était d'une extrême gentillesse et à fait part d'un grand professionnalisme - merci à elle.
La chambre était incroyablement grande et confortable.

Cons:

Au vu de la taille de la chambre, une armoire de rangement pourrait être appréciable pour les voyageurs de plus longue durée.

Γενικά είναι αρκετά καλή.
Pros:

Τόσο η τοποθεσία όσο και το πρωϊνό είναι εξαιρετικά. Ιδαίτερα το πρωϊνό είναι από τα καλύτερα με ιδαίτερο κρητικό χαρακτήρα αλλά και το προσωπικό του που σερβίρει εξαιρετικό.

Cons:

Μια μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες του δωματίου. Το μικρό ψυγείο βρίσκεται μέσα στην ντουλάπα και παράγει πολύ ζέστη. Επίσης στο μπάνιο προσοχή στην στεγανώτητα.

AMAZING BREAKFAST, area too loud for my taste
Pros:

Truly memorable breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable bed and linens, cute balcony with water view, parking available on site, elevators make carrying luggage to upper levels easy

Cons:

location was too loud to enjoy with windows open (not hotel's fault), would choose to stay in a quieter area next time

Pros:

Best hotel in town - great buffet, nice views (if you manage to get the port facing) and comfortable and clean rooms.

Cons:

Would have been nice if the pool was open even if early in the season. Shouldn’t charge separate fees for using the spa.

Excellent location with helpful friendly staff with gated parking
Pros:

The location was great. We had a beautiful sea view if the Venetian Fort and were a few minutes walk to the center if old town. The hotel also had a gated parking lot. The breakfast was excellent and a great representation of Cretan cuisine.Staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

We would have liked better temperature control in the room however this was a restored property. We were able to open the balcony doors for better air flow.
