Très propre, bien situé et personnel agréable et serviable, déjeuner varié et bien présenté

Cons:

Petit ennui avec un vêtement que nous avons fait nettoyé qui a été abîmé. La solution proposée pour régler le tout n’était pas satisfaisante pour nous

Hôtel de qualité, emplacement idéal, personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner incroyable ! La suite junior est tout confort, balcon, très bonne literie, espace, salle de bain grande et équipements balance sèche cheveux miroir grossissant grande baignoire avec pression. Le room service au top. Un balcon. Espace disponible jaccuzi hammam très bien. Parking gratuit.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol est le petit frigo de la chambre qui n'est pas suffisamment froid.

Pros:

Posizione straordinaria, entro 5m si è al terminal dei bus extraurbani (Athina central bus station), al terminal dei bus urbani (partenze per Cnosso), porto antico (gite in barca), porto moderno (gite altre isole), centro città, lungomare e allo splendido museo archeologico di Heraklion. Camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort e il letto era comodissimo. Colazione varia e abbondante. La piscina sul tetto ha una vista incredibile e il ristorante dell'albergo è eccellente. Lo staff dell'albergo gentilissimo ci ha aiutato in tutti modi, taxi, prenotazioni ristoranti, pianificazione itinerari, deposito bagagli ecc. e ci ha coccolato durante la nostra luna di miele.

Cons:

Il wifi nella nostra camera (vip) prendeva un po' poco ed è facile schizzare acqua in giro perché il vetro della doccia è un po' piccolo.

Great location which allows so much to do in Heraklion with just one night stay
Pros:

The location, the view from our room, the staff, the breakfast: all were awesome!!
The room was immaculate and quiet. The view from our room, of the sea, was beautiful. The walk along the sea wall, and from there to the center of town and the archeological museum was all doable and easy from the hotel location.
There was free parking.
We were able to rent a car when arriving at the airport, and drive to the Palace of Knossos prior to our check in time.
The staff greeted us warmly. Always with a smile and offer of help/directions/suggestions.
The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
The pool was small, but the view from there, and the ability to order lunch while absorbing this dream view of the sea, felt like I was in paradise.
The lunch menu, from the pool deck, although extra, was not expensive, and very tasty.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn't like.
Beware though, of the ATM machine outside and across the front door of the hotel. It is a Euronet. It charges exorbitant fees. Don't use it if you can avoid it. There are many ATM's you can use that are bank ATMS and charge no more than 1.8 Euros for a transaction.

It was a comfortable stay at this hotel, highly recommend it.
Pros:

The property was excellent, room and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food to choose from. Staff were helpful to suggest restaurants in the area. Private parking available. I would stay here again.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel.
