Piscine top, petit déjeuner flop
Pros:

La piscine, l'atout de l'établissement. Elle est propre, bien entretenue, température parfaite, quelques bouées à disposition et calme.
La propreté, merci aux femmes de chambre.
La gentillesse d'une réceptionniste.

Cons:

Un des membres du personnel (petit dej + piscine).
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur, autant par la qualité médiocre des produits industriels, que par le choix et le réassort des produits. Pas digne du nombre d'étoiles de l'établissement.
Dommage pas de snack proposé par l'hôtel.

beautiful property and location is great good breakfast

Cons:

Staff at breakfast very good. staff at reception slow. had to call 5 times over 2 days to get the tv fixed which was a 2 minute job in a 1k plus room

El desayuno es muy pobre. No tienen cocina y es todo muy justo y sin variedad ninguna. Además te hacen pagar por el uso de la piscina 3€ por persona

Nice quiet place with a beautiful big pool
Pros:

Try to get a room on the street level, in the back, that lead to the pool..
the pool is beautiful and big with lots of lounge chairs around it.. it was a nice place to rest..
the hotel is about 10mins to the city so it is in a calmer place.. it provides lots of parking
the breakfast buffet was ample and complete
the only little irritant is that you could run out of hot water especially in the late afternoon when a lot of people use it

Una notte a Siracusa
Pros:

Hotel comodo per visitare Siracusa/ Ortigia, camere pulite e di buone dimensioni, la piscina molto bella, migliorabile la colazione. Grande gentilezza e disponibilità alla reception

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées.
Le lit était en fin de vie et très inconfortable.
Nulle part pour déposer nos valises, tellement la chambre était petite.

Expected much better
Pros:

Location was rather good, 5 min drive to Syracuse centre, parking and room size.

Cons:

Room door not closing properly, seems it was kicked in sometime before but not repaired.
No power point for kettle, we had to put it on the floor to use it.
Poorest breakfast I have ever came across.
Defiantly not a 4 star hotel.
