Important information:

Parking for hotel guests is available at a discounted charge (payable at the hotel reception desk) on the central parking in front of the town center, though the hotel can be reached by car to check in and unload the luggage. There is a free mini bus / shuttle commuting between the parking and the hotel (Tartini Square) regularly.

"Dogs and other pets are welcome at our hotel for an additional fee of 25€ per night. Fee for other small pets (cats, rabbits, etc.) is 15€."

Incantevole hotel in piazza! Terrazza sui tetti e colazione super!!!!consigliatissimo!

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht, aber wir wurden sehr enttäuscht.

Die Lage am Tartini-Platz ist sehr schön, aber wiegt die ganzen negativen Punkte nicht auf.

Cons:

Wir können die ganzen guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Zimmer waren schmutzig und es gibt erst ab der dritten Nacht ein Housekeeping. Der einzige Heizkörper, der funktioniert hat, war der im Bad. Und das bei unter 10 Grad Außentemperatur. Das Bett ist eine Katastrophe: wenn sich beide am Rand hineinlegen, treffen sie sich in der Mitte wieder. So durchgelegen waren die Matratzen.
Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück waren unmotiviert und man hat sich im kalten Speisesaal nicht willkommen gefühlt.
Bei der Abreise wurde versucht uns um ca. 150 Euro mehr zu verrechnen, als wir bei booking.com gebucht hatten. Erst nach Vorlage unserer Buchungsunterlagen lies sich die Dame an der Rezeption dazu überreden, den richtigen Betrag zu kassieren.

Fabelhafte Lage!
Pros:

Wir benützen die Unterkunft gern wegen der aussergewöhnlichen Lage und dem schönen Ausblick auf den Tartini Platz. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
