Pros:

Everything! The location, the view, the food and wine were spectacular. Sonia and Loredana were so kind and accommodating. They made us feel so welcome and special.

Fantastica location
Pros:

La posizione è stupenda con vista su san gimignano, situata a poca distanza è un luogo di relax e il personale è molto gentile. Il ristorante di buona qualità ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo rispetto alla zona. Il parcheggio è ampio e gratuito, bella la piscina (purtroppo non disponibile in questa stagione). La camera ampia a sufficienza con dotazione standard, bagno con finestra.

Cons:

Si può migliorare l’isolamento delle camere e la morbidezza dei letti. A piedi non sembra facile raggiungere san gimignano.

A beautiful romantic traditional villa with happy and very helpful staff. Bedroom had the most magnificent view of San Gimigano, rolling Tuscan hills and vineyards. Beds nice and comfy and shower great. A lovely swimming pool set in a very quiet and pretty garden. We ate our delicious breakfasts and dinners outside on the dining room patio looking out towards San Gimigano. Villa Ducci is situated on the pilgrimage road of Via Francigena which is possible to walk along ( carefully, as it is a B-Road with cars) to San Gimigano.It takes about 20 minutes to walk. Villa is much prettier than the photos show and we will be returning next year. A great place to base a Tuscany holiday. We visited Siena, Florence, Volterra and even drove to the west coast beaches near Cecina, I would highly recommend Vada White beach, who knew Tuscany had one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen?

Cons:

If you want a holiday that is lively and with entertainment in the evening then this is not what Villa Ducci is about. It is a haven of peace and tranquility, which is what we were looking for.

L'hotel è a pochissimi KM da S. Gimignano. La città è proprio di fronte e si può ammirare dall'hotel stesso. Molto gentile disponibile e cordiale lo staff. Buona la colazione

Cons:

Un po' piccola la camera con il tavolino che di fatto creava un po' di ostacolo per aprire la finestra della camera per affacciarsi
