Pros:

Velmi malebné místo přímo v centru Třeboňe, z pokoje krásný výhled. Neuvěřitelně příjemná a napomocná paní recepční. Hned po příjezdu jsme byli nadšeni z jejího milého přístupu, přidala spousty typů a velmi mile nás uvítala. Hotel poskytl i slevu na plovoucí koupel simulujicí vodu Mrtvého moře, kterou jsme moc rádi vyzkoušeli. Vše ve Wellness bylo čisté a zářilo novotou. Paní ve Wellness opět velmi příjemná a milá. Fantastický pobyt!

Cons:

Very old hotel, bed was damaged, carpet in the room was stinky, terrible staff and the worst breakfest we have evere have. It was like back to 90's. Staff didnt react on empty plates, very slow delivery of food, quality of breakfast was very basic(cheapest bread and rolls, cheapest tea missing any fruit tea, cheapest ham and sausages). Dont speak about any aesthetics. Plastic table cloth was just a top of our breakfast experience.

Cons:

Třeboň máme moc rádi a v hotelu jsme byli poněkolikáté, teď už ale asi opravdu naposled. Líbí se nám poloha hotelu, a to, že oproti jiným hotelům v historických budovách má výtah. Služby ale rozhodně úrovně čtyř hvězdiček nedosahují.
Chtěli jsme si objednat snídani na pokoj (služba je zpoplatněná, s tím počítáme), jako zde již před časem (tehdy to klaplo) - den předem ovšem není dostatečně předem. Nakonec jsme se dozvěděli, že je plný hotel a že není personál. To pro nás není argument, snídani může doručit třeba i pokojská, jako se nám to stalo jinde. Ostatně, v tomto hotelu jsme již tuto službu jednou využili.
Místnost určená pro snídaně - bez oken, nepříliš útulná, nabídka tak tak... Džus, pokud se tomu dá tak říkat, tragický. Ať už jsem stiskla obrázek pomeranče nebo jablka, pokaždé tekla čirá tekutina, samozřejmě bez jakékoliv výraznější chuti. Řeklo by se ano, vybere si každý, ale od čtyř hvězd čekám něco jiného. Sama jsem v jednom takovém hotelu před lety dlouhou dobu pracovala a už tehdy se snídaňová nabídka s tím, co jsme dostali teď v neděli ráno, absolutně nedala srovnat.
V koupelně není kromě umyvadla a wc ani jedna polička nebo místo, kam lze odložit toaletní taštičku.
Mini bar byl téměř prázdný a na pokoji nebyla ani láhev vody (obvykle bývá za poplatek vždy a všude). Tu jsme si museli koupit vedle v obchodě.
Hotel inzeruje parkování, ale 6 míst opravdu není mnoho. Stejně tak personál by snesl více empatie a ochoty. Nejlepší je totiž host, který zaplatí a neobtěžuje.

Mitten im Zentrum , doch bei geschlossenen Fenstern angenehm ruhig, Der Fahradraum wurde zum neuumgebauten Wellnesscenter verlegt und bietet auch Steckdosen für E Fahrräder.Frühstück abwechslungsreich
