Vriendelijke receptioniste. Nadat onze pasje meerdere malen geen toegang bood tot de kamer, heeft ze haar excuses aangeboden. Daarop heeft ze ons geupgradet naar een meer en comfortabeler kamer. Ook kortingkaartjes gekregen voor drankjes en eten in het restaurant.

Cons:

Het ontbijt mag wel wat uitgebreider. Wel goede bediening.

Pros:

Location, close to station.

Cons:

Noise, hotel seemed empty but we were still given a room facing the square, on a Friday night. We did not ask for a room in the back, if you read this please do!

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, fin dalla prenotazione, supportandoci nelle richieste e aiutando la nostra permanenza con un bimbo piccolo. La camera con letto king-size era molto spaziosa e il letto molto comodo. Seppure in zona centralissima e con molta vita notturna (e lato verso la piazza) la stanza era ben insonorizzata e quindi il rumore esterno non ci ha disturbati.

Cons:

Nulla non è piaciuto. Volendo proprio essere pignoli può essere migliorato l'accesso fisico alla reception e all'hotel (specie con bagagli, ma richiede interventi strutturali)

Wij verbleven er voor 2 nachten om lekker te shoppen, daar was dit een prima plek voor.
Pros:

De kamer was ruim, netjes en schoon. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Douche was netjes. Het ontbijt was basic, maar prima. De plek van het hotel was in het centrum, dat was heerlijk.

Cons:

Wij vonden het eten in het restaurant wat tegenvallen en het personeel van het restaurant was niet altijd even vriendelijk.

Pros:

Jesteśmy fanami wanien więc mile byliśmy zaskoczeni gdy okazało się że ją mieliśmy, mimo iż przy zamówieniu była mowa o prysznicu.
Czysto, elegancko i co najważniejsze mieliśmy duży pokój. Z wszystkich hoteli jakie do tej pory mieliśmy okazję odwiedzić w Holandii ten był bardzo komfortowy.

Cons:

Do hotelu weszliśmy od tyłu gdzie mają część barową. Obsługa musiała nam wskazać kierunek do lobby. Główne wejście jest dostępne od zewnątrz i łatwo je przeoczyć pomimo oznaczeń. Google maps poprowadziło nas do restauracji wewnątrz budynku.
