Pros:

La recepcoonista muy amable y atenta.
Nos explico cada detalle en español.
El desayuno muy completo y muy variado.
La habitación amplia y con las sabanas impecables, muy blancas.
El estacionamiento al lado del hotel.

Wouldnt recomend. A very uncomfortable, and badly maintained hotel.
Pros:

If you arrive by the car, there is a nice private parking.

Cons:

Very badly maintained rooms and the whole hotel. Mold in the bathroom, dirty walls, water damage on the ceiling. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. We didnt even receive a proper blanket and were freezing the whole night. Its October and they dont provide us with a blanket? We got only bed linnen without a blanket… breakfast was really bad. Very little to choose from, the milk was old, tablea dirty and the plates were also dirty.

Pros:

El desayuno fue lo mejor de todo. Tenia variedad de dulce y salado.
Personal atento en todo momento.
El centro está a unos 25min andando (cuesta arriba), pero al lado hay un autobus que te lleva directo.
Por 7€ puedes reservar una plaza de aparcamiento en el propio hotel y además tiene plazas públicas alrededor también.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha se salía toda por debajo de la mampara y la taza del wc era adaptada y no tenía tapa para cerrarla.
La cama no era demasiado cómoda, se notaban los muelles.

Cons:

Corridor carpet very dirty. Room clean but could definitely benefit from refurb. When I booked, the information stated that the pool was open, however, upon arrival, the information had changed and the pool was closed, which was disappointing. No complimentary water in room.

Très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits
Pros:

L’accueil très chaleureux et explicite de la jeune femme. Chambre confortable la possibilité de stationner gratuitement à proximité. Petit déjeuner copueux et varié

Cons:

La longue file d’attente devant la machine à café pour le petit déjeuner. Peut être parce que c’était le week-end.

Pros:

Lokalizacja była dobra, 25 minut spacerkiem do ścisłego centrum Sieny, tylko trasa trochę nie przystosowana do pieszych. Personel na recepcji był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. W pokoju było czysto.

Cons:

Pobyt w hotelu mieliśmy w październiku. W pokoju było malutkie okienko, więc mało wpadało słońca. Klimatyzacja w trybie ciepłego powietrza nie działała, przez co było dosyć zimno w pokoju, zwłaszcza w nocy. Pani na recepcji nam wyjaśniła, że sezon grzewczy rozpoczyna się u nich w listopadzie. Co jest zrozumiałe, ale powinno być zapewnione w takim razie grubsze, cieplejsze posłanie na łóżko. Ponieważ pod cieniutkim prześcieradłem zmarzliśmy w nocy :(

la posizione dell'albergo è ottimale, si può usufruire del parcheggio, sia a pagamento, sia pubblico.
la colazione è ottimale, dolce e salato, con scelta di cibo abbondante, varia e soprattutto gustosa

è un albergo di vecchia costruzione, si vede l'incidenza del tempo in alcune parti della struttura.....ma è fisiologico
