A good location, clean and well run, we would pick again.
Pros:

Clean room and the offer to not clean daily were great for us.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast was very weak. We had to run down to Starbucks for the second morning. The breakfast kitchen is a bit cramped.

Was fine for one night but would not have wanted to stay more.
Pros:

Good location, nice courtyard.

Cons:

I paid a fortune - beds were too soft, sheets uncomfortable and the AC went on and off all night long and was very loud, even with 2 white noise machines going in room.

Solid location, that’s about it.

Cons:

Trash. The staff was unmotivated, lazy and showed a lot of attitude whenever we had a question or request. Clear lack of management. The manager must’ve ran off when he had a chance. The breakfast, abysmal. Tucked in a small corner you’ll find some of the worst food America has to offer. Don’t eat the sausage patties. Seriously don’t. Matter of fact don’t eat anything and skip the coffee too. Plenty of great options around the hotel.
The room was fine, however, some of our towels had brown stains (check them upon checkin). The wifi didn’t work. If you absolutely must stay there just leave your bags and enjoy the city.

Staff should be trained about how to communicate with the customer.
Cons:

The staff of this hotel can take all the joy you have. Especially there was this lady at the reception during the check in. Her attitude was like so rude, at one point I thought she would jump from the reception desk and choke me.

Location was very good. We were upgraded to our superior and the suite was amazing. Best room in all my travels.

Great location with European vibe.

Everything. Location. A lot of great restaurants and boutique stores. European vibe. Quiet. Loved the patio. Had a layover and enjoyed the patio while waiting. Staff super accommodating. Reasonable pet fee. Spacious beautiful lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast area was quite small; just for getting breakfast. Plenty of areas to sit in lobby and on patio.
