Closeness to shops and downtown.

Cons:

Parking was another 30 bucks per night and was charged more than what I was given on booking.com

All told a decent experience.
Pros:

The location fit my needs perfectly and the outdoor terrace seating was nice

Cons:

Ants in the kitchen. Rain shower head was inoperable.

Pros:

Cozy, relaxed, great staff, very clean and quiet rooms. Very homey feeling. Location is awesome for me. Price is excellent. Cinnamon rolls are AWESOME.

Cons:

Nothing not to like! Can't think of a single thing that's bad. Oops, wait a sec, I just thought of the ONE thing thats a bit annoying: only ice machine is on the third floor!

Pros:

Location: easy to walk to desired locations. Breakfast pretty good although it can get pretty crowded. Good selection and good coffee.
