Very good
Location near Wrigley Field with parking. Relaxing in the courtyard.
I love that they had parking for the location. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store. Overall nice neighborhood.
I had the room closest to the breakfast area. It was annoying when the door kept slamming. Hopefully the next time I'll get a quieter room area.
Close proximity to Wrigley Field and local restaurants.
All was good!
The outdoor space was nice for sitting. The hotel was quaint and lovely.
Only one ice machine on the 3rd floor. This was not a big deal, though.
This hotel is adorable! It looks and feels like a boutique hotel, even though it’s a chain. Its location in a vibrant, lived-in residential neighborhood is a major selling point, as well. The room and all the facilities were clean, cozy, and stylish.
That was most likely true just for my room since it was located directly off the front desk, but I kept being awakened by the noises from the hallway throughout the night — people walking, talking etc
Clean, in a pretty good spot.
TVs weren't networked
Quaint atmosphere, lovely hotel. Was here for Cubs game, location great
Nothing
. I ate out and didn’t bother
Could have had light blocking curtains or shades on windows in addition to the shutters.
Paid $250 to be close to Wrigley Field and a 15/20 minute walk close to the red line. For Chicago standards and booking at the very last minute tI would say that’s pretty good. Great job of having really nice hot tub. After a long day of traveling I was excited that it was clean, hot and it actually worked! A shout out to maintenance worker… I believe his name was Isaac helped me get it working… at first we thought it was not, and then he did something and got the jets going for me! I don’t know if it was because we were in Chicago that they gave us a little extra luxuries compared to other best Wester pluses. Very nice shampoo and conditioner built in the nice walk in glass shower, comfortable bed and pillowy and plenty of space (luggage rack) to put your suitcase. Cute little courtyard tops it off when you enter the place.
