Paid $250 to be close to Wrigley Field and a 15/20 minute walk close to the red line. For Chicago standards and booking at the very last minute tI would say that’s pretty good. Great job of having really nice hot tub. After a long day of traveling I was excited that it was clean, hot and it actually worked! A shout out to maintenance worker… I believe his name was Isaac helped me get it working… at first we thought it was not, and then he did something and got the jets going for me! I don’t know if it was because we were in Chicago that they gave us a little extra luxuries compared to other best Wester pluses. Very nice shampoo and conditioner built in the nice walk in glass shower, comfortable bed and pillowy and plenty of space (luggage rack) to put your suitcase. Cute little courtyard tops it off when you enter the place.
Walkable to everything we were interested in. Also the gym was really quite good with sauna and whirlpool.
It was an expensive stay over a holiday weekend.
Room was nice & clean. Bed was very comfortable, bedding was soft, not scratchy like other places. Liked the flooring - not carpet like other places. Air conditioning worked well & temp was comfy.
For those not "versed" with Chicago parking - it would be nice if it stated somewhere prominently on the website that you have to pay for parking. We didn't realize that until our daughter asked us if it was included (she lives there). Just assumed it was part of the cost when staying there. Would like to have stayed longer but w/the cost of daily parking just wasn't feasible.

Clean room and the offer to not clean daily were great for us.
The coffee at breakfast was very weak. We had to run down to Starbucks for the second morning. The breakfast kitchen is a bit cramped.

Good location, nice courtyard.
I paid a fortune - beds were too soft, sheets uncomfortable and the AC went on and off all night long and was very loud, even with 2 white noise machines going in room.
Close to Wrigley Field, in safe nice neighborhood.
