Staff and actual room made up for what was lacking. As the rooms have been restored and furnished very well .
Pros:

Staff were the a solute standout. Both Alessio and Ariana were exceptional in their hospitality and genuine enthusiasm to help you in any way whether on restaurant , winery recommendations, massage bookings, etc and were very accommodating when we asked for a change of room .

Cons:

It’s a big beautiful palazzo that is need of care and more aesthetic restoration - it looks tired and a little neglected although clean. Needs plants, paint , new carpet and breakfast room quite grim and breakfast was plentiful but very basic .

Location and pleasant staff

Cons:

Did not live up to photography's and description on Booking.com. In serious need of redecoration and some modernisation. Old and noisy air conditioning and bathrooms fixtures old

Pros:

La posizione eccellente. Palazzo storico molto bello. Camera buona peccato per il bagno un po datato e non all altezza della camera anche se dotato di tutti i servizi. Colazione buona

Ganz okay aber nicht der Burner

Die Lage des Palazzos ist sehr gut da es in 2 Gewminuten vom Zentrum der Altstadt entfernt liegt. Das Auto wird vom Hotelpersonal in eine Garage gebracht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer, ja das ganze Hotel ist schon etwas abgewohnt. In unserem Zimmer kam die ersten 2 Tage nur brühend heißes Wasser aus der Dusche, wurde dann nach zweimaliger Urgenz repariert. Etwas mehr Engagement bei der Sauberkeit wäre womöglich durchaus angebracht, sei es in den Zimmern oder bei den Tischtüchern am Frühstückstisch.

Zentral, gut für Motorrad
Pros:

Super schöner Palast direkt im Zentrum von Ascoli. Mit Spezielgenehmigung kann man auch die Fussgängerzone zum Ausladen oder wie in meinem Falle das Motorrad direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Frühstück gut. Zimmer ein wenig alt und die Klimaanlage laut, aber sonst alles ok.

Klimaanlage war zu laut aus meiner Sicht, aber sonst alles ok.

The spacious room and bathroom, the location and the excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small, especially given the size of the bathroom. We were a bit concerned that the air-conditioner looked like the blades and filters needed to be cleaned. It wasn't overly efficient, good enough but unnerving to be sleeping with it on..
