Pros:

Breakfast was ok Hotel was too far from Killarney town and taxis were very expensive

The Bar in the hotel had very little popular stock EG No COORS light and No Bulmers cider

Évitez l’annexe.
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La chambre dans l’annexe, fonctionnelle mais sans intérêt et au dessus du système de ventilation de ce que j’imagine être les cuisines du restaurant… de 7:00 du matin à 10:00 du soir. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Lovely hotel , the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly . We had dinner there and it was delicious . We traveled with our little pooch and they had a few treats, bowl and a blanket waiting for him , a lovely touch .

Gorgeous mountain views! The hotel is charming with a good patio area for taking in the countryside.

Cons:

The restaurant food was very hit and miss. The curry was wonderful but the fish and chips were only so-so. There were only a few staff working the day we stayed (Sunday) so it took a few minutes before we saw anyone for check in.

Um ins Zimmer zu gelangen, muss man mit dem Koffer durch die Bar nach draußen gehen (es hat geregnet), um in den hinteren Bereich des Hotels (im Hinterhof bei Wäscherei und Entsorgung) zu gelangen. Dann den Koffer in den ersten Stock tragen. Fenster war direkt über der Lüftung der Küche, welche uns durch ihre Betriebslautstärke in der Nacht/am Morgen gestört hat. Ausblick auf die Mülltonnen. Reservierungspflicht fürs Frühstück (zufällig gelesen, keine Info von Personal und doch eher unüblich)
