A minha estadia neste hotel foi uma sucessão de deceções, com falhas graves ao nível da higiene, conforto e infraestruturas. Deixo aqui o aviso para quem estiver a pensar reservar:
• Higiene e Limpeza Inaceitáveis: O mais chocante foi deparar-me com lençóis que claramente já tinham sido usados e não foram trocados para a minha entrada. Para não falar do facto que tinha insectos na cama e no quarto. A limpeza geral é muito questionável, com várias zonas que precisam urgentemente de ser bem esfregadas.
• Casa de Banho Lastimável: O espaço está cheio de mofo e o estado de limpeza da fonte da pia era, no mínimo, duvidoso. Para piorar, o duche não tem porta nem cortina. O resultado? O chão fica completamente inundado após cada banho.
• Conforto Inexistente: O quarto é minúsculo e tem uma escassez ridícula de tomadas/fichas disponíveis. As almofadas são extremamente desconfortáveis. Além disso, o chão é velho, precisa de tratamento e range imenso, tornando-se extremamente barulhento a cada passo.
• Arejamento Comprometido: A única fonte de luz natural e ventilação é a porta que dá acesso ao exterior (um género de varanda), mas esta não tem qualquer cortina.
• A "Varanda" Ilusória: Aquilo a que chamam varanda é, na verdade, um cubículo minúsculo e vazio, cuja única "vista" é uma parede.
• Internet Insegura: O Wi-Fi é incrivelmente lento e, o que é pior, é uma rede aberta a todos, o que representa um risco de segurança para qualquer hóspede que precise de usar a internet.
• Pequeno almoço: bastante fraco, poderia melhorar
Um aspeto importante a referir é que os funcionários são simpáticos e profissionais.
Resumindo: falta de higiene, falta de privacidade e condições estruturais péssimas. Ao preço que foi merecia ter muito mais qualidade (duas noites 138€) Definitivamente, um local onde não voltarei e que não recomendo a ninguém. o
