We had a very lovely time here.

Cons:

Food labels need to be included for breakfast so people with intolerances don’t get sick as the staff are not intolerant to people with food allergies. I’m gluten free and I feel like I’m not welcome especially with there facial expressions and rolling eyes Or I’m annoying tourist.

Excelent staff great service
Pros:

The room are very pretty and spacious, beautiful view and excellent staff, restaurant excellent and Alejandro make sure everyone is having a great experience, the only downside for was was having a couple next door having sex and making so much noise that my 11 year old was having a difficult time

The walls was to shallow, you can hear everything

La vista e la gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Noi in effetti eravamo in un albergo consorziato con la struttura. Il ristorante del detto albergo non è stato soddisfacente nel rapporto qualità-prezzo.
