Good hotel with decent stay
Pros:

1. Nice small hotel
2. Staff friendly
3. Rooms spacious
4. Breakfast not included
5. Since Andorra is small so it is centrally located
6. Upgraded our room
7. Has hot shower, coffee and tea facility

Dirtiest hotel in the world
Pros:

I wonder to share my horrible experience with you, some pictures attached! I reserved for 3 nights but we cannot stay even 1 night, cause:
Presence of insects.
Dust accumulation in several areas.
Leftover cartons from previous guests inside the wardrobe.
Stains and marks on the walls.
The sofa in the room was visibly stained.
The reception said that they will refund me and later they changed their mind!
And suggest only a discount for next stay in such a dirty hotel!

family skiing trip
Pros:

It was late decision to travel to Andorra for Skiing while we are in Barcelona . In the way to Andorra , I made a search and picked up Eurostars Hotel due to it location near the shopping area. I used Hotels.com to finalize the reservation and I was lucky to get two rooms hence other hotels were start sold out during my search . I was amazed when I reached Eurostars Hotel with the kindness of front desk, cleanliness of the rooms and the size. The location was super serving the Skiing team and the shopping team. the restaurants arround are superb. Me and my family were so happy with this selection, the sleeping quality was fantastic. I salute the hotel management and the staff for the quality of this hotel. Definitely , this hotel will be in my target in future and will recommend for my friends. Finnally, the parking fee was 20 Euro and at check out the front desk staff waved that as curtsy which is very kind and I appreciated that so much.

Great Location!
Pros:

We stayed for 1 night and 2 days in Eurostars Hotel in Andorra recently. The location of the hotel is the best in the city. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The hotel also offers parking. We had a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel,but in the current condition I wouldn't give it more than 4 stars
Pros:

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, the location perfect.
The furniture needs urgent refreshing and replacing the broken parts.
Cleaning needs VERY serious improvement - not only in the rooms, but also the public areas .
There was always something missing in the room - coffee, cold drinks, water, extra blanket...
The good thing is that the staff is friendly and helpful, but there seems to be something wrong with the hotel management in general

Very good
Pros:

Located very close to the city center and next to a shopping center, this hotel provides quality accommodation in La Vella. Staff was kind and professional. We got a room upgrade, which was even nicer.
Parking was already full, so we were offered a discounted price for the parking of the shopping mall. Saved 2 EUR, had to walk a few steps. Overall, a good deal.
