One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in
Pros:

Beautiful location, nice room and restaurants, very comfortable foyer with bar included, spa, corteous staff. Everything joined together in a perfect experience. Already wish for a next stay.

très bon séjour
Pros:

La personne à l'accueil nommée Nahara est d'une très grande courtoisie, d'un français parfait et fait preuve d'un très grand professionnalisme. Le personnel en général est très sympathique.

Cons:

La salle de restaurant reste très bruyante : il est temps d'y apposer des panneaux anti-bruits. Il faudrait aussi que les personnes qui y sont chargées du service se montrent moins empressées d'enlever les assiettes.

Buen hotel para un viaje de esquí
Pros:

Fuimos en un viaje de esquí familiar. Distancia al telecabina unos 5 minutos andando too plano sin escaleras. Además hay opción de dejar los esquís en la tienda de alquiler (pegada al telecabina) o una vez arriba en la estación hay taquillas (cómodisimo).
La suite familiar tiene dos habitaciones comunicadas, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con literas (2 plazas con opción a 3), cada una con su baño y su television, muy cómodo.
Nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida (fruta, patatas fritas, agua y botella de cava).
Habitación limpia y cómoda con mucho espacio para la ropa.
El hotel tiene cuarto de juegos (sofá con ele grande, futbolín, billar, pequeño parque de bolas y algunos juegos para niños pequeños)
El spa pequeño pero muy completo (sauna, baño de vapor, piscina con camas de burbujas y varios tíos de chorro)
Desayuno y cena variado.

Cons:

En general nos gustó todo, pero señalaría:
- El spa es de pago y para una familia e convierte en un coste sustancial, podría estar incluido en el precio.
- Algunos platos de la cena no estaban bien elaborados siendo platos sencillos (canelones duros). La calidad creo que podría mejorarse bastante.
- Hacía mucho calor en la habitación incluso cerrando los radiadores (en otras habitaciones no pasaba)
- El baño de los niños olía un poco a tuberías.

Todo genial, unos días en Canillo, a pie de pistas de esquí, céntrico...hotel excepcional.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal del hotel. Mucha atención a los huéspedes, hotel muy limpio, todo perfecto.

Cons:

El precio del desayuno era muy caro para la oferta culinaria del lugar.

Beautiful ski resort hotel
Pros:

The room was excellent, very old-world, spacious, with big bath-tub, real glasses and cups, a plate of fruit, etc. The view is superb. It's walking distance from the gondola. It has comfortable sitting areas, ski storage, spa, restaurant, coffee bar - real hotel!
