Lovely hotel in a nice location
Pros:

Lovely spacious room which was light and airy. Bed was comfy and room had air conditioning.
Hotel is in a nice area conveniently placed for walking into centre.

Cons:

We had noise on our first night due to workmen laying new tram tracks in the street outside.
However when we mentioned it to the young man on reception (Shota) the next morning he was very helpful and moved us to another room facing inside the courtyard. Brilliant, problem solved and peaceful nights thereafter - many thanks Shota!

Pros:

Propreté, grande chambre, personnel très gentil, bonne literie, quartier sûr

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas su dormir une nuit complète, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Il y avait des travaux DE NUIT pour le tram. On nous a donné une chambre plus grande mais elle était du côté rue.

הייתי ממליצה למי שמחפש מלון כשר בלב המרכז היהודי בוינה ולהגיע עם ציפיות למלון ברמה סבירה לא מעבר.
Pros:

המיקום שלו מעולה וזה שזה מלון כשר זה ממש כייף.

Cons:

האמת איבזור והתיחזוק בחדר היתה ירודה, האמבטיה היתה במצב ממש לא טוב, ברז דוחף ריח לא נעים.

השהיה היתה נעימה, אוירה טובה, משפחתית, האוכל היה טעים וטרי. כולם היו מאוד אדיבים ומסבירי פנים.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וטעימה. הכל היה טרי וטעים וכמובן כשר (חשוב מאוד עבורנו).
החדר היה נקי, משופץ ונעים.
אמנם לא היתה מרפסת או נוף יפה, אבל זה היה בדיוק כפי שתואר באתר. קיבלנו בדיוק מה שציפינו לקבל.
הצוות מאוד נעים ואדיב.
בהחלט נשמח לשוב.

Hyvä hotelli muutaman yön majoitukseen
Pros:

Siisti huone, hyvä sänky, toimiva suihku ja ilmastointi/viilennys. Ikkunat rauhalliselle ja hiljaiselle sisäpihalle. Riittävä aamiainen ( aamiainen on kosher ).Hyvä sijainti. Lähellä metro, kävelymatka Wienin ydinkeskustaan.

Cons:

Huoneen jääkaappia ei saanut säädettyä (säätö ehkä näkymättömissä jääkaapin takaosassa??) ja juomat jäätyivät. Tästä annoin palautteen jo hotellissa, toivottavasti tulee korjattua.
Respan henkilökunta voisi olla ystävällisempi ja enemmän asiakkaita huomioiva.

גם המקלחת והשירותים קטנים ונקיים

Cons:

המזרון היה מאד רך ולא נוח
הזמנו מיטת תינוק ולא קיבלנו !
יש לציין שבגלל השעה המאוחרת לא הביאו מיטה עם מזרון אבל הפקיד מהקבלה עשה מעל ומעבר כדי לעזור לנו - ומצא מיטה קטנה (בלי המזרון) ולכן שמנו כמה שמיכות נעימות
