Good location and value. Very nice staff. Could improve a few things but would come again.
Pros:

Nice looking lobby and terrace. Small but well organized and well decorated. Nice location and easy to get to many places in town.

Cons:

The room was big enough for an adult and 2 kids but as it was on street level it had moments of being a bit noisy and it was quite stuffy with only a fan. It wasn’t great to keep windows open with people walking by. Otherwise very nice.

Pros:

L'accueil très sympathique. Le jeune homme nous a invité à nous servir un café ou de l'eau dès notre arrivée.
La situation géographique parfaite. La terrasse et les extérieurs très jolis.
Personnel du petit-déjeuner très sympathique.

Cons:

Petite chambre au sous-sol mais qui a fait l'affaire pour une nuit. A ne pas donner à des personnes claustrophobes, le plafond étant assez bas, cela peut être angoissant.
Dommage qu'il y ait encore un rideau de douche et pas une porte en plexi ou verre...
Un des lits semblait un peu affaissé au milieu.

Too hot to handle

Very kind multilingual staff and nice hotel hall with free coffee all day. Also very well located.

Cons:

It was one of the warmest rooms I've ever been in. I know Amsterdam has been experiencing the hottest days ever this summer due to an incredible and unprecedented heatwave. However, the room had no AC and only a very tiny and crancky fan which was basically useless. The thick and dusty carpet didn't help either. Considering the changing and more extreme temperatures in the years to come, this hotel will need to upgrade soon or else the first floor rooms will become inhabitable in the summer. I'm an Italian living in Spain so I know what I'm talking about.
