Pros:

Wir haben hier drei Tage verbracht und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich!
Alles in der Stadt konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen.
Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr groß aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und super zum Wohl fühlen und entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Ich komme gerne bald wieder!

Pros:

The location is amazing. There is a nice terrace/area to have coffee and smoke if you want. It was a clean hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. I would def stay here again.

Lovely quiet hotel close to the trams perfect for a trip to Amsterdam.
Pros:

Hotel in a lovely quiet area of the city very close to Vondelpark. Liked the garden terrace to sit out in the evening. Bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and we would stay here again.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed as I had paid for a better room…. Our room was right at the top of the bldg so was very warm especially at night. Good job it wasn’t hot weather or it would have been unbearable I imagine.

A little historic gem in the heart of Amsterdam
Pros:

Great location, accessible to all transport lines , yet tucked away from the noise and bustle .
Beautifully styled and decorated.

Cons:

There is not much I didnt like : I would perhaps recommend a little Nespresso machine in the rooms, though there's access to good coffee 24/7 in th reception area .

Prachtig hotel en locatie
Pros:

Mooi karakteristiek hotel, goede locatie in een prachtige buurt. Overal zo naartoe te lopen. Aardig personeel.

Cons:

Kamer was prima en mooi, net als het uitzicht. We zaten alleen een beetje met de (overigens prachtige) gordijnen te rommelen om ze kier-loos dicht te krijgen. Dat is volgens mij niet helemaal gelukt, maar het was net donker genoeg.

סהכ הספיק לנו והיה מעולה מבחינת המיקום והשקט אבל חבל שאין מזגן.... היה ממש תורם לאיכות השהות
Pros:

המיקום מעולה - בשכונת ליידספליין השקטה. יש גישה טובה לתחבורה ציבורית לכל מקום בעיר.
חדרים בגדול טוב (היינו 3 בחדר).

Cons:

הגענו בשבוע שהיה חם במיוחד ולצערנו לא היה מזגן בחדר אלא מאוורר תלוי ועוד מיני מזגן נייד - לחזור לחדר בשעות צהריים / אחר הצהריים לאחר יום חם היה קשה. בנוסף חבל שהמקרר מיני לא עבד. היה עוזר לנו לשמור על שתייה קרה במהלך היום.
בנוסף לא אהבתי את וילון האמבטיה. היה אפשר להשקיע קצת ולשים דלת מקלחון.

Definately we will prefer the same room and hotel in our next visit to Amsterdam.
Pros:

Coffee/Tea Machine at the lobby was free and easy access 24 hours.
Room with a private garden.
Nature with birds around was relaxing (except for some occasional construction noise)

Cons:

The neighbors at the surrounding apartments were making a party till late night with a lot of music and noise which was very disturbing. We thought to inform the reception but we preferred not to and tolerate.

Would not stay here again
Pros:

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. They offer bike rentals. There was a room to store luggage before and after check out.

Cons:

Carpets are old and dirty and make the entire hotel stink. The rooms do not look like the pictures. No amenities.

Very relaxing city break, the hotel improved the stay will definitely book again
Pros:

Excellent location, 500m from the museum quarter, staff couldn't do enough for you clean and good value for money.

Cons:

The only minor point was the tea/coffee making facilities were in the room, but no coffee was available all stay.
