The location was the only positive thing.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights., we arrived on December 24. To start with, we did not get the rooms we requested via email, the 2 rooms were not in the same building or close to each other. One room was in the main building, and the other was in the garden area. The one in the garden area was very cold, the heating was not working properly. We told the receptionist, she was very polite, she came to the room, agknowledged that the heating was not working, but could not solve the problem immediately. She brought an extra heater on the 3rd night after we had frozen for 2 nights. When we emailed that management, they replied late, after we checked out, that the heating was working but we were unlucky that it was a very cold season.

A nice hotel in Amsterdam
Pros:

The hotel staff are lovely, and the hotel is quiet. Its in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the tram stop. Its good value for money. The room was a good size with a nice view.

Cons:

If you have twin beds, they are very narrow. The room was quite hot, but you can fully open the window. At night its a little noisy outside, which is to be expected as you are quite central.

Pros:

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve ilgililer. Hotelin konumu çok merkezi ve sakin; aile için uygun.

Cons:

Beğenmedim bir şey yok, yataklar bi tik dar ama rezervasyon sırasında yatak ölçüleri yazıyordu (1 konfor puan buradan kırdım :(( )
