First class hotel. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The facilities were above and beyond our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better. In all, it was an unparalleled experience and I can’t recommend Hotel Sonnblick highly enough.

Amazing Hotel, even better reception desk. The staff (Livia and Roman) are extremely friendly and answered all questions patiently. Hotel itself is within walking distance to all the local shopping, transportation, and restaurants!

" Fabulous Hotel "
Pros:

The Hotel was fantastic , perfect location , clean and tidy with great staff .
Breakfast was amazing , everything you needed to set you up for a good days skiing .
All the staff were very friendly and helpful , we looked forward to a few drinks every evening in the hotel bar where we were greeted by Elish who had a great sense of humour and looked after us very well .

Olimme porukalla laskureissussa ja varasimme Hotel Sonnblickistä kolme isoa huonetta. Sijainti oli hiihtohisseihin ja Kaprunin keskustaan nähden erinomainen, kylpyläosasto ulkoaltaineen hiihtopäivien jälkeen iso plussa ja aamupalakin oli hyvä. Palvelu hotellissa oli kautta linjan erinomaista.

الفندق ممتاز ونظيف جداً وعلى حسب سؤالي للموظفين ان الفندق تجدد في 2020 بالكامل وبالنسبة للغرف من ناحية النظافة والاطلالة ممتازة والفطور ايظاً ممتاز وبناسب الجميع وفيه وجبات مختلفة والحماماة نظيفة وممتازة وتناسب العرب بس لايوجد تكييف مثل اغلب فنادق اوروبا نظراً لبرودة الجو اغلب السنة والفندق قريب من التلفريك والزحليقة الصيفية تقريبا اقل من 10 دقايق مشي

Goed: vriendelijk personeel, nette kamer, goed ontbijt, schoon, goede locatie, ruime douche, groot balkon.
Minder: zeer klein zwembad en ruimte om zwembad (je ligbed staat bijna in het zwembad) geen controle op mensen die bedden bezet houden, weinig keuze bij diner en niet altijd even goed en/of voldoende. Voor soep moet je bijbetalen. Prijs van drankjes is veel te hoog €4 voor een cola. Kamer heeft geen ventilator dus slapen met deur open (aan de doorgaande weg was behoorlijk rumoerig)

Im Hotel Sonnblick fühlt man sich als Gast vom ersten Moment an wohl und als Gast geschätzt. Die Lage in Kaprun ist ideal (Parkplätze vorhanden),Auto braucht man nicht mehr, von den Bergblick Zimmern, Teilen des Speisesaals und dem Outdoor Pool hat man perfekte Sicht auf das die Gegend bestimmende Kitzsteinhorn. Personal sehr nett, Wellness gut gelungen im alpinen Stil (Vorsicht beim Einsteigen in den Wirlpool =Stolpergefahr), Die Zimmer mit Naturholzelementen verströmen angenehmes Ambiente. Lediglich die Dusche/WC Einheit ist sehr hellhörig vom Zimmer aus ;-)
