Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here, everything was really clean and well organized, I had all necessary stuff I needed. The reception ladies were very polite and helping, also provided all information I requested in time. Also there's a possibility to leave your luggage in a special room after check-out if you still have time before your flight, which was very helpful. + for whoever arrives after 9 PM to check-in, even if the reception is closed, don't let this affect your choice to stay here, the hotel provides opportunity to check-in anyway by receiving the key from a close-by hotel. I was glad to receive guidance and help regarding my worries, it made me feel very safe and comfortable. Also the location is amazing, it's really close to almost anything in old town, you don't even need to use public transport as everything is a walk away + great restaurants open until late around, so very useful. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Cons:

Just the pillows, they're very big and way too soft, not really comfortable to sleep on them. But it's okay, you can find solutions, other than that, everything was nice.

дуже чудово за доступну ціну
Pros:

дуже чисто, біла постільна білизна, два ковдри на двоспальному ліжку це топ, дуже зручне мʼяке ліжко. Все як на фото, виходиш з готеля і ти в місті.

Cons:

Не вистачало одноразових тапочок, ми б навіть купили їх.

Excellent emplacement dans le centre de Prague, personnel avenant et à l'écoute...
chambre spacieuse et élégamment agencée...

Cons:

Les fenêtres mériteraient un double vitrage, certes nous sommes dans le centre ville et les activités nocturnes multiples
mais difficile de fermer l'oeil la nuit tant les chambres côté rue sont mal insonorisées.
