Luxury prices with disappointing property in serious need for an upgrade.
Pros:

Interior and exterior in dire need for upgrade. Staff is friendly. However the whole property needs serious attention. Im current state not good value for money that you pay.

Best Hotel in Hermanus
Pros:

Excellent Hotel. Most beautiful decor. The staff is great. Lee-Ann is the friendliest most helpfull person. The hotel is extra clean, peacefull and the best food I have tasted in a long time. I cannot complain about anything. 10/10

Beautiful hotel by the sea in Hermanus
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with an amazing view on the atlantic ocean, a great location with walkable distaces to all important sites and restaurants etc. in Hermanus. The staff is the best, all are so lovely and friendly. We will definitley be coming back.

Unforgettable 30th Wedding anniversary

My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at this golden gem of a place. This is the most luxurious accommodation with a beautiful view over the sea. We have received the most friendly, efficient and professional service.

Amazing stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Misty Waves Boutique Hotel, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Junaid, whose professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. He was outstanding and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

The following morning, Leeann greeted us at breakfast with such warmth and friendliness. Her service throughout our stay went above and beyond, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that we were always comfortable.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful—spacious, elegant, and complemented by stunning sea views that make the experience even more special.

This was truly a memorable stay, and we will most definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Our 4 th time staying at misty waves... Nothing can compare to it ... We keep coming back . My only fault is that we cannot do it more frequently. Beautiful place with amazing decor and such welcoming friendly staff .

Great Hotel, Incredible food, and even better people. The absolute best!!
Pros:

This is the most charming hotel in Hermanus. It is in a great location with views that are spectacular. The rooms are done in antiques and give an element of class and style. As wonderful is the property is, the staff make it a truly memorable experience. Nothing is too much for them. they remembered us from over a year ago and just made us feel very special. LeeAnn, Junade, Danielle, and Joshua make you feel like Kings and Queens. The incredible conversation I had with the owner, Clinton over a delicious breakfast made it even more wonderful. It's just the absolute best place in town.

Cons:

The place is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. Our weather wasn't great, but I'm sure they were trying their best to fix that as well.

Old people's home well that's what it felt like
Pros:

It felt like an old grannies house, a swimming pool and a museum. When we got there I had the seafood pasta for lunch I was pleased that this time it was in tomato sauce instead of creamy sauce.

Our room was a bit dated and it was hard to get in and out off as the slope was a bit of a trip hazard for me but luckily I managed.
