Loved the hotel, staff, location and great breakfast, which most people also say.
Pros:

Perfect location for Prague and no crowds in this area of the City. Also room 9 was really large which was great.

Cons:

Pillows were slightly hard, but got some new ones when we asked. Small thing, but not a big deal.

L'hotel si trova in una piazza molto molto affascinante, abbastanza tranquilla nonostante sia collocata esattamente tra ponte carlo e il muro di john lennon. A 50 metri dall'hotel ci sono le scale per salire su ponte carlo, posizione davvero fantastica e strategica. La stanza è silenziosa. Rispetto alla stanza il bagno è un pò piccolo ma comunque adeguato. Ottima la colazione, abbastanza varia sia dolce che salata. La piazza dell'orologio è esattamente a 1km. Bellissima la passeggiata per arrivarci con tranquillità.

Cons:

Sicuramente la cortesia del personale è da migliorare. Non sorridono mai (a parte una ragazza bionda a colazione) e sembrano infastiditi anche dalla richiesta di un caffè. Mi è sembrato, però, un problema diffuso in città. Forse problemi con gli italiani???

Wunderbares, kleines Hotel mit viel Charme
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar! Direkt neben der Karlsbrücke gelegen ist man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten sowohl auf der Kleinseite als auch in der Altstadt.
Das Hotel hat extrem viel Charme, nur wenige Zimmer und bietet ein kleines, aber sehr feines und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück an. Es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt.
Unser Zimmer in der zweiten Etage mit Blick Richtung Moldau war groß, sauber, ruhig und war liebevoll eingerichtet. Allerdings soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt und das Hotel nicht für Gäste geeignet ist, die auf Rollstuhl oder Rollator angewiesen sind.
Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An dieser Stelle auch nochmal ein riesengroßes Dankeschön, dass der Frühstücksraum am Tag des Halbmarathons noch vor der offiziellen Frühstückszeit für uns geöffnet wurde.
Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Prag und das Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Perfekte Lage!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt unterhalb der Karlsbrücke. Eine bessere Lage wird man in Prag kaum finden! Die Einrichtung ist eher traditionell und altmodisch, aber trotzdem sehr geschmackvoll. Alles war sehr sauber!

Gutes kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit wechselnden Zutaten, frischem Obst usw.
Restaurant im Haus.

Pros:

Close to Charles bridge and central Prague

Cons:

Noise from kitchen at 0630 in the morning, I suspect that was to prepare the breakfast but still it was noisy and kept me awake
