Super miła obsługa, polecam hotel na krótki weekendowy wyjazd do Pragi 😇
Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt w Pradze 😊 Lokalizacja hotelu super, tuż obok tramwaj, więc wszędzie dało się szybko dojechać. Czystość 10/10, pokój był bardzo zadbany i przyjemny.

Na recepcji była bardzo miła pani w czarnych włosach (przepraszam nie pamiętam imię ale jesteś super 🥰), która bardzo nam pomogła, szybko zrobiła check-in i wszystko sprawnie wyjaśniła. Ogromny plus za to, że rozmawiała w naszym języku, dzięki czemu od razu poczułyśmy się komfortowo.

Po długiej podróży byłyśmy bardzo zmęczone, więc możliwość szybkiego wejścia do pokoju była dla nas ogromnym plusem. Mogłyśmy chwilę odpocząć i później z nową energią iść na długi spacer po mieście. Zdecydowanie polecamy! ❤️

Colazione a buffet buona e abbondante, posizione buona ma rumorosa per il passaggio dei tram (se si dorme con la finestra aperta)

Cons:

La sala per la colazione fredda e con una pessima illuminazione, letto (materasso e cuscini) piuttosto scomodo, stanza estremamente calda

Das Hotel befindet sich nicht weit weg vom Centrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut...wenn was fehlte, wurde immer gleich wieder aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und verfügte über eine Klimaanlage.

Die Betten bzw. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Frühstück hat uns sehr positiv überrascht, viel Auswahl und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

Room was facing side road, eventually in the night was very quiet also considering the near tram line / self service check in/ check out instruction clear and easy to remember.

Cons:

Furniture, wall paper and overall lobby material looks aged or not well preserved / entrance door not operating properly

Le bruit et les vibrations du tram toutes les 2 minutes de 6h à 23 h (photo) l’odeur de moisi dans la salle de petit déjeuner, l’absence de personnel après 18h. Ménage sommaire

Das Hotel war genau das richtige für uns.
Pros:

Schöne hohe Räume,
Dusche bzw. Warmwasser funktionierte einwandfrei, der Zugang mittels PIN Code funktionierte einwandfrei,
Aufzug vorhanden,
das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig. Wir hatten Wasserkocher und Tee im Zimmer, Fernseher, WLAN, Haartrockner.
Alles war gut organisiert.

Cons:

Die Straßenbahn fährt an der Fensterseite vorbei.
