An amazing hotel for the offered price 😊
Pros:

It was near the city centre and the central train station, which was very convenient. The room were small, but very cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Pros:

Skvelá lokalita, blízko zastávok MHD, hlavnej stanice. Na Václavské námestie je to pešo cca 25 minút. Pani na recepcii milá, ochotná, všetko vysvetlila. Veľmi sa mi páčil systém vstupu do izby a do hotela na PIN (každý hosť má svoj vlastný). Matrac veľmi pohodlný.

Cons:

Trošku pomalšie wifi, ale väčšinou sa v Prahe neubytuje človek čo chce byť celý čas na izbe. Hluk z ulice do cca polnoci kvôli električkám.

- wszystko przebiegło bez zbędnego oczekiwania i formalności
Miło zaskoczyło mnie to, że personel zawsze wychodzi naprzeciw i ze zrozumieniem podchodzi do różnych sytuacji
Szczególne podziękowania za szybką reakcję i pomoc oraz za ludzkie podejscie 🥰
To naprawdę cenne, kiedy ktoś nie tylko „Z obowiązku" słucha, ale naprawdę stara się zrozumieć sytuację, znajduje czas, aby wysłuchać nawet tego, czego teoretycznie nie musiałby, i pomaga szybko oraz spokojnie wszystko rozwiązać ( Oksana, serdeczne dziękuję — z takim podejściem do pracy na pewno nigdy nie zostanie Pani bez pracy
Widać, że tutaj naprawdę dbają o komfort gości Na pewno jeszcze wrócę!

Das Hotel ist in einem hübschen alten Gebäude und recht zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Irgendwas war mit den Betten merkwürdig. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen, da auch bei leichten Bewegungen während des Einschlafens es sehr raschelte und quietschte.

Everything was great, wonderful hosts, the breakfast was great, the kids loved it, there was enough of everything, the location is convenient, we would visit again and I recommend it to everyone. Clean and cozy

Pros:

Привітний персонал, також зручне розташування, чисто та все працює, персонал завжди іде на зустріч в будь-якому питанні. Поряд багато необхідних закладів, типу обмінників, магазинів та закладів харчування, поряд дуже гарний парк та зручності по користуванню громадським транспортом
