Menschen und Frühstück haben vieles ausgeglichen

Nettes und hilreiches Personal, gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück, keine Probleme, eine Unterkunft für die Fahrräder zu finden, zentral mit guter Verkehrsanbindung (Straßenbahn)

Hochpreisiges Mittelklasse-Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Das Personal hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer wurde bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt kein einziges Mal gereinigt. An Tag 4 wurde lediglich der Müll entsorgt, der sich bereits in zusätzlichen Tüten stapelte.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in diesem Hotel in Prag. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an der S-Bahn angebunden, sodass man die Stadt bequem erkunden kann. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und sehr bemüht, bei allen Anliegen sofort zu helfen.
Unser Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und der Service insgesamt top. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte aber beim Obstangebot etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.
Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein paar kleinere Punkte: Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir Flecken auf der Bettwäsche, die aber sofort behoben wurden, nachdem wir es angesprochen haben. Der Safe im Zimmer war leider defekt, und der Parkplatz befindet sich beim Partnerhotel etwas weiter entfernt, an der Straße kann man aber am Wochenende problemlos parken.

Pros:

Отличный отель, несмотря на то что находится прямо над дорогой и снизу есть заведения, шумоизоляция отличная! Номер чистый! Отдельное спасибо девушке Оксане что сидит на рецепшине, очень комунекабельная, показала, росказала все! Персонал очень хороший, буду приезжать ещё к вам!

Pros:

The best place, very warm staff, the rooms are clean and large, what I liked the most was the very hot water in the bathroom, I spent my vacation days in this hotel, it is really nice, quiet and peaceful

Pros:

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα σε κεντρικό σημείο της Πράγας. Πολυ καθαρό και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμενο, άνετο κ ζεστό. Το μπανιο ευρύχωρο κ luxury. καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Πρωινό πλήρες σε ομορφο υπόγειο χώρο. Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό. Όσον αφορά την τοποθεσια ειναι 4 στάσεις με το τραμ απο την πλατεία republisky, 2 απο τον κεντρικό σταθμο κ 20λ με τα ποδια απο το bus terminal Florence. Υπάρχουν μπαρ και τσέχικα restaurant τριγύρω οπως κ σουπερ μαρκετ. Ευχαριστούμε πολυ για την υπέροχη εμπειρία.

Cons:

Χρειάζεται λιγο καλύτερα προϊόντα περιποίησης στο μπάνιο.
