Expetativa era melhor do que realmente encontrei
Pros:

Não gostei da localização. Fica distante do centro. As fotos publicadas não correspondem à realidade. O Check in tratei sozinha pois tudo funciona através de um código fornecido. O pequeno almoço era muito bom. A limpeza também. e o quarto era grande.

Cons:

Os acabamentos do quarto. e a Receção.

Pros:

It is generally good value. The zone is very well connected by public transport, there are restaurants and cafes in the area, supermarkets and pharmacies. It is within walking distance to the bus and train stations.The check-in was straightforward and easy even though we arrived outside of the reception hours. The staff communicated fluidly with us before arriving and gave us all the information we needed, and also accommodated our requests there.

Cons:

Even though the room was generally clean, there were some signs of the need for deeper cleaning, we noticed mold on the shower and a dirty mini fridge. The shower head did not stay on, and the AC was not available to use. This made the room a bit too cold or too warm at times. We also only got the room cleaned once in the four days we stayed, but got fresh towels very fast when we asked.

Cons:

Horrible place. Do not book it.
The staff does not explain things professionally. The rooms are old and have no soundproofing at all. My shower was broken, and the coffee machine was leaking. I asked to change rooms, but there was no response.
The parking is located 2 km away from the hotel, which was not explained in advance.
