Estragou todo o charme e beleza do hotel com a presença do gerente a recusar a passar um recibo
Pros:

O conforto do quarto superou as expectativas, mesmo nao tendo elevador para o ultimo piso.

Cons:

A dificuldade que o hotel teve de, no check out, passar uma simples factura do pagamento que fiz no momento da resevra. Eu pessoalmente, jà acho errado pagar sem receber uma factura no momento em que efectuo o pagamento, mas fica horrivel no check out dizerem que depois enviam por e-mail, que a pessoa responsavel nao està nesse momento, que demora muito tempo, etc etc etc... Em defesa dos consumidores deveriamos usar os mesmos argumentos para pagar como os hoteis em especial este, usa para passar um simples recibo

Petit hôtel bien sympathique, cosy, fleurie avec des jeunes femmes très agréables et dévouées.
Parking pratique et accès au centre historique relativement facile.

Cons:

Le non fonctionnement de la piscine mais seulement pour trouver quelque chose.....

Goed hotel, advies is om wel aan te geven dat de weg ernaartoe stijl omhoog loopt vanaf het centrum

Het ontbijt was goed, de kamer was goed

Cons:

Dat we vrij laat te horen kregen dat het zwembad niet werkte; we konden eigenlijk niet meer annuleren. Op basis van de aanwezigheid van het zwembad hadden we deze locatie uitgezocht.
We hadden daardoor was 1 dag teveel in onze reis geboekt bij dit hotel.
Bekend is niet of het hotel al eerder wist dat het zwembad in onderhoud zou zijn half september

Pros:

Leider war der Pool wg eines Defektes ausser Betrieb.
Man kommt öffentlich gut ins Zentrum von Matera, allerdings gahren die Busse z.B in den Mittagsstunden nicht. Oder fallen am Sonntag ganz aus.

Cons:

Die Unternunft hat Charme. Eine umfunktionierte Fabrik mit schönem Garten. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab ein wirklich reichhaltiges Frühstück von guter Qualität.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel bien placé, chambre spacieuse avec terrasse, parking privé. Au calme et propre. Bon petit déjeuner

La piscine était hors service en compensation les boisons ont été offertes.

Excellent place to stay in Matera
Pros:

A wonderful & tasteful conversion of an old property. Our room was exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable, bathroom excellent. We were also lucky enough to have an outside upper storey space. The staff were exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable. Good buffet breakfasts. Location excellent to walk into both Sassi. Thoroughly recommend this place.

Fabulous!
Pros:

Everything! Such a fabulous setting directly opposite the Bay of Naples & Vesuvius. Beautifully looked after and the attention to detail was superb.

Zeer goed verblijf als uitvalsbasis om Matera te bezoeken
Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
We hadden een kamer op de 2e verdieping die erg ruim was en voorzien van alle comfort. Het ontbijt was uitgebreider dan we gewoon waren in onze vorige verblijven.
De gratis parking was zeker een plus.
Rustige ligging op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum.

Un hôtel agréable
Pros:

La chambre était agréable avec son plafond en voute de pierre et la terrasse spacieuse avec vue lointaine sur la plaine. Le personnel de l’accueil très chaleureux et donnant beaucoup de conseils.

La piscine était en maintenance.
