Cons:

If you arrive after 23h they charge 15€/hour to wait for you. Because we had an important appointment we got there at 1.45am and charge us an extra 60€ for a one night stay. They say it is somewhere in their policy in booking.com but it is not the kind of play you expect from a hospitality service.
