Short business trip, to heart of Amsterdam
Pros:

Down town, great location in the old town next to canal. Quite location. Nice ideal as a hub if visiting the town. Tram 2min walk and centre 10m away. Lift 🛗
I really appreciate a cup of tea, which the staff provided and were keen to help.

Cons:

A bit dated, but that is a compromise of being in the city.
Rooms a bit cramped and no air conditioning, which could make nights uncomfortably warm.

Great stay
Pros:

​We had a really pleasant stay at the Mozart Hotel. The apartment was on the smaller side, but it was cozy and nice.
​The absolute highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff! They were incredibly polite, helpful, and always available to assist us with a smile—truly the strongest point of the property. We also highly appreciated the complimentary, unlimited coffee and water provided by the hotel, which was a fantastic bonus.
​Overall, we felt very comfortable and welcome. We would definitely recommend it!

Cons:

The only downside was that the room was quite small.

Great stay in a beautiful city.
Pros:

A wonderful two night stay and very pleasant staff.Great location, close to tram stop. No breakfast but bakeries cafes and restaurants close by.
