Merci Hotel Mozart 👌
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, personnel très accueillant et disponible. Pas de petit déjeuner mais Thé et café en libre service de 7h à la 22h et boulangerie à proximité. Nous avons bien dormi, bonne literie 🙏 je recommande vivement 😉

Cons:

Situé au bord d'un canal, des odeurs dérangeantes peuvent remonter mais a la marge.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, sul canale Prinsengracht, sia per il Museumplein che per il centro, vicino alle fermate dei mezzi di trasporto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il personale accogliente e molto gentile, anche dopo il check-out. La camera avrebbe bisogno di un restyling ma era comunque pulita. In generale buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser erstes Zimmer war nicht gut, daher haben wir ab der dritten Nacht ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.
Das Einzelzimmer unserer Tochter war total in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer, das wir hatten. Schimmel und übler Geruch.

The staff were respectful, polite, and friendly, providing everything we needed with love and care. The rooms were clean, and the location was ideal. Honestly, everything was perfect.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like, and I will definitely visit again. This is my fourth visit to the same hotel.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali punti d'interesse e girare comodamente la città.
Molto utile la postazione free drink per la mattina (cappuccino molto buono).

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza: capelli e peli ovunque (non nostri) , anche dopo aver sistemato la stanza. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato un cerotto attaccato al lenzuolo, lasciato dagli ospiti precedenti.

Pros:

Helpful staff, free coffee, tea and water and great location. :)

Cons:

Shower head was a bit old and damaged but not a big deal honestly. No issues with hot water or anything like that.
