No good sleep

Cons:

The staff told me they will upgrade us and we will be vsry happy - from 2 rooms with 2 double beds, they give us 2 rooms with 3 single beds. How the F this is upgrade?! We had to sleep on single bed because you couldnt stick 2 single to be 1 big bed, because at the moment you go at the middle you go down. Sleep was poor! The duvet was too small...
The heater in 1 of the rooms was not working so it was cold!

המלון היה ממוקם במקום מעולה.

Cons:

החדר היה ממש קטן, ללא קומקום, מקרר וארון לבגדים.
לא נקי כולו. הזרם באמבטיה היה מזעזע כך שממש לא היה נוח להתקלח.
הבר נסגר בשעה 12 כך שעמדת הקפה גם נסגרה ולא היו מים חמים...(מי שמגיע עם תינוק צריך לבערך לזה מראש)

Lovely location staff were lovely and facilities were good

Cons:

It was extremely dusty to the point we’re it triggered allergies we could not stop sneezing and coughing my eyes were swollen and watery. We had to have the window open the whole time and felt dirty constantly from the dust
