Very friendly staff. Clean linens. Free water, fruit, tea, and coffee. Very warm room. Comfortable bed. A great option in the city center at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel is very quiet, with no noisy groups. However, the noise was caused by neighbors stomping loudly in their room, and housekeeping at 7 or 8 a.m. is also too early. I think these are minor details, but it might be important for someone to know.

Cons:

Tiny criticism. I booked a triple room with canal view and in that room if you could extend the shower hose and fix it to the wall that’s would be amazing

J'adore l'hôtel Mozart et j'espère qu'il s'améliorera de jour en jour.
Pros:

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens à Amsterdam cette année, et les deux fois j'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement et la gentillesse et la politesse du personnel.

Cons:

La première fois, c'était parfait (10/10), malheureusement cette fois-ci, ce serait plutôt un 7/10. On nous a donné une chambre avec une salle de bain ni confortable ni pratique, et il manquait de produits d'hygiène personnelle comme du savon liquide pour les mains et le bain. De plus, la propreté laissait à désirer.

Excellent, lovely hotel, great city
Pros:

Staff very friendly, had coffee if you want it, very good location.

Cons:

Room was very small but it had everything I needed and we were told beforehand by staff was very small and they could upgrade 2 of the rooms at time as well but we were ok with the small rooms
