Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war leider enttäuschend. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die großen und sauberen Zimmer. Leider enden die positiven Aspekte damit auch schon.

Auf dem Zimmer gab es weder Trinkwasser noch andere grundlegende Annehmlichkeiten. Selbst die Seifenspender waren leer, was einen sehr nachlässigen Eindruck hinterließ.

Besonders unverständlich fanden wir die Regelung am Morgen: Wenn man das Frühstück nicht bereits bei der Buchung reserviert hat, bekommt man nicht einmal eine Tasse Kaffee. Es war nicht möglich, einen Kaffee am Buffet oder separat zu kaufen, obwohl wir selbstverständlich bereit gewesen wären, dafür zu bezahlen. Eine derart unflexible und wenig gastfreundliche Regelung haben wir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt.

Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber und geräumig, aber der mangelnde Service, die fehlende Aufmerksamkeit für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste und die unverständlichen Hotelregeln haben unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt. Aus unserer Sicht besteht hier erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf

Pros:

Chování a jednání shift managera Radka, který jako jediný v celém hotelu byl ochoten řešit problém.

Cons:

Nefunkční klimatizace na pokoji a naprostá nekompetentnost personalu. Recepční očividně nenávidí svoji práci, úsměv je asi sprosté slovo.
Sláva tohoto hotelu je už dávno pryč
