Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend

Wir waren im Nebengebäude was eigentlich perfekt war bis auf der unangenehme Geruch im Eingang ubd auf dem Gang.

Pros:

Bazén, proto jsem hotel rezervoval, to byl jediný důvod!!!! Jiny hotel v Plzni totiž bazén venkovní nemá!!!

Cons:

Dostali jsme pokoj s oddělenými postelemi, nakonec jsem dostal mnou objednanou manželskou postel a výhled byl také jinam, než bylo rezervováno. Při příjezdu, byl špinavý záchod, klimatizace smrděla a lednička- minibar místo aby chladila, tak z té ledničky šlo teplo a po otevření teplý vzduch s opravdu nepříjemným odérem. Tento hotel, už nikdy více!!!!!!!

Velký hotel na okraji Plzně
Pros:

Pokoj menší ale útulný, vana v koupelně bylo velké plus. Postele byly měkké, ale i tak docela pohodlné. Snídaně byly s velkým výběrem a velmi chutné. Personál byl milý a ochotný. Bazén byl čistý a příjemný v horkém dni na schlazení. Úklid na pokoji proběhl třetí den pobytu.

Cons:

Parkování není v ceně ubytování, ale platí se 100,- za den. Přístup k bazénu není bezbariérový. Restaurace byla dražší, ale kvalita jídla tomu odpovídala. Klimatizace na pokoji příliš nefungovala. Vzdálenost do centra je cca 3,5km.

Es war ein sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich

Cons:

Es gab leider nicht mal ein Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer und kein Getränke in der Mini Bar. Sehr schade , da wenn man ankommt bei 36 Grad eigentlich nicht erst wieder los möchte.
